DxD: The Shadow Sovereign

The truth is that I'm lazy to rewrite my impression of this novel, so I'll just say... That she's very good, and that the author is addicted to energy drinks and coffee

An updated review due to the change of account. This is definitely the best DxD story around atm, and I'm looking forward to future updates.

I'm sorry, but this story has some significant problems. There are many small details that are just plain wrong, especially regarding the information about various races and elements of the universe. It feels as if the author only glanced at a Wikipedia page before writing. Additionally, there's an overuse of the AI improvement function in the text. The main character and his father constantly talk about being smart, scheming, and manipulating, but the writing isn’t strong enough to convey that effectively. Instead, they come across as two fools talking to each other. I could go on, but you get my point. This is just my opinion...if you're okay with reading a fanfic that gets the most basic things wrong, then this might be for you.

Ive read alot of novels and fics and not many have the characters fleshed out in the same way this does. Its simply amazing, only 31 chapters and its already in my top 10! Hope it continues for a thousand more chapters

it's not bad but it could use some improvements, I know how hard it is to make novels since i also write but you should give more emphasis to the emotion and attitudes of each character as it kind of feels forced in a certain direction and feels like an AI wrote it

Never got into DxD, and I most likely never will. Despite that I absolutely love this fic, I think the romance aspect and the witty conversations between characters are why I got hooked onto this shit in the first place. Latia is the MVP of this fic, no cap, I love every interaction she has between MC and practically anyone else. Such a beautiful character. MHA Reloaded is better because its bigger in its quantity, but on god if this fic got more chapters then it could easily rival it. Solo Leveling and Gojo MHA fic have STILL not been released, so take this with a slight bit of salt, but I have to say that this is my second most favourite fic made by Wisteria. Needs more chapters imo.
