CHAPTER 14: DECLARATION OF WAR

The doors of the main hall creaked open—wide, slow, reverberating like thunder through the quiet interior of Jujutsu High's central office.

Inside, the atmosphere was thick with ancient scrolls, protective charms, and weightless tension. Seated calmly, Principal Yaga looked up from his desk. Across the room stood Satoru Gojo, arms folded, posture relaxed—but his eyes sharp and expectant beneath his blindfold.

Footsteps echoed softly.

And then Suguru Geto entered.

No curses followed. No blood. No fanfare. Just a man cloaked in black, walking with quiet arrogance straight into the beating heart of enemy territory.

Neither Gojo nor Yaga said a word.

Geto stopped just short of the desk.

For a moment, there was only silence—until Geto's mouth curved into a thin smile.

"I'm not here to play games."

Gojo's tone was dry. "You never were."

"I'm here to declare war."

The words landed like stone—heavy, echoing off the chamber walls.

Principal Yaga's hand froze above the paper he'd been writing. Gojo's fingers curled slightly, knuckles whitening.

"War?" Yaga asked, voice low. "On who?"

Geto's smile widened—too calm.

"On everything. On you. On the clans. On the sorcerer order. On this broken system."

He turned, slowly walking to the center of the room like a man delivering a sermon.

"Tonight, one hundred cursed spirits—hand-selected, amplified, and refined—will be released across Tokyo and Kyoto. Some born of pain, others made of hatred. All under my command."

Yaga stood now. "You're attacking civilians—"

"I'm liberating the world," Geto interrupted. "For too long we've watched the weak dictate the laws of the strong. We, the sorcerers, the gifted, shackled by a system that protects the very people who fear and use us."

His gaze cut to Gojo.

"You and I—we could have ruled this world. But you chose to protect it. And now, Satoru, you'll protect ashes."

Gojo didn't move. Didn't blink. But his cursed energy had already begun to leak—fracturing the air with sheer pressure.

"You think I'll let that happen?"

Geto nodded. "You'll try. You'll stop many."

Then he leaned in, voice almost a whisper:

"But you won't stop me."

Without another word, Geto turned on his heel and walked out.

No curses summoned. No attack launched. Just that one message left behind:

A storm is coming.

Yaga sat back down slowly. "…He's serious."

Gojo didn't reply at first. Then he exhaled through his nose and pulled down his blindfold slightly, revealing the shimmer of his eyes.

"I'll take care of Tokyo."

He turned toward the window.

"Prepare the students."

The countdown to chaos had begun.
