CHAPTER 7: WALLS OF HEAVEN SHALL CRACK

The skies above Shinjuku twisted.

Clouds churned in unnatural spirals. Thunder rumbled without lightning. The very air screamed as cursed energy clashed, warping space, bending the concrete jungle around it.

And at the heart of it all—stood two titans.

Gojo.

Sukuna.

Their auras expanded with suffocating pressure, sending shockwaves across the ruins of the city. Cars levitated from the sheer weight of their cursed energy, and entire buildings trembled as if in anticipation.

Then, without warning—

Boom!

Gojo vanished and reappeared before Sukuna with a roundhouse kick that shattered the sound barrier. Sukuna blocked with his forearm, sliding back several meters, carving a trench through the asphalt.

Sukuna grinned.

Gojo grinned wider.

Their fists collided again, and a sonic quake rippled outward, glass shattering across the city like a chorus of breaking screams.

From the sidelines, far behind temporary barriers, helicopters hovered at maximum distance. Their footage could barely capture the blur of movement as sorcerer and curse god struck blow for blow—each hit a thunderclap, each dodge a near-impossibility.

Gojo feinted, ducked under a sweeping cleave from Sukuna, and uppercutted him into the air. As Sukuna rose skyward, Gojo leapt—and the sky broke.

They fought mid-air, cursed energy coating their bodies like armor. Gojo's fists glowed a blinding blue. Sukuna's slashes painted the air red.

CRACK—

Sukuna landed a punch that sent Gojo hurtling down into the 34th floor of a skyscraper.

BOOM!

Dust and rubble exploded outward.

But before even one brick could fall, Gojo was back in the sky, right in Sukuna's face.

"Nice hit," Gojo said, blood trickling from his mouth. "But it's going to take more than that."

Sukuna sneered. "Don't worry. I'm just getting warmed up."

Gojo activated Cursed Technique Reversal: Red, blasting Sukuna backward through three buildings. Sukuna, mid-flight, flipped, landed on the side of a tower, and kicked off it like a missile, delivering a cursed slash that tore through the atmosphere.

Gojo dodged, barely.

The slash cut through the skyline and into the mountains far beyond Tokyo—a valley erupted from nothing.

The battle wasn't just a fight.

It was an extinction-level event in slow motion.

Back at Jujutsu High, the others watched in disbelief.

Nobara's jaw dropped.

"This… isn't even a fight. This is war."

Itadori clenched his fists, trying not to breathe too loud.

Yuta narrowed his eyes.

Maki gritted her teeth.

Megumi… was not here.

Gojo raised both hands midair.

"Alright, Sukuna. Let's raise the stakes."

Sukuna tilted his head.

"Oh? You mean—?"

Their cursed energies flared.

Heavens roared. The earth rumbled.

Two words were whispered beneath the roar of the void:

"Ryoiki Tenkai."
