CHAPTER 41: Loudie’s First Date & The Great Cake Chaos

As DK took the photos and sent them in the group, he laughed and went near the cake boxes, handing each member their share.

"Guys, and one more thing!" he said, raising his hand excitedly.

"Loudie and Nian went on their first date today~!"

The members went, "Aww~~" and Boo teased, "To who is this Loudie, huh?"

DK's face turned pale. "From now on, my name is not DK. Not Dokyeom. Call me... Minho. Or Sunshine Loudie. Or just Loudie."

He flashed his bright teeth in embarrassment.

The members crossed their arms and Mingyu raised a brow. "Yah~ DK, are you showing off now?"

He walked over and snatched a cake box from DK's hand, opened it, and found a walnut cake. Mingyu jumped up excitedly and showed off to the others.

DK chuckled awkwardly to cover his embarrassment.

One by one, the members came to take their cakes. When Minghao came up, he asked shyly, "Hey... did anyone ask about me?"

He flashed a toothy grin.

DK chuckled and handed him the cake. "No... but my girlfriend said I'm cute."

He paused, chuckled again, and walked off.

Minghao pouted and sulked.

Meanwhile, the others were happily eating their cakes. Dino took a photo of the cake and posted it in the group chat, tagging:

"Thanks for your cake, Nian 💕"

He also started recording a video of each member's reaction.

Dino (to the camera):

"Nian, Xuanye, we miss you guys! Thanks for the cake. It's really good. Where did you buy it?"

Hoshi:

Giggling with sleepy eyes "Nian, if you have time, come visit us~ Horanghae!" 🐯

Jun:

"Meow~" chuckles "Hi! Thanks for your cake. How are you?"

Joshua:

"I've written an acrostic poem for this cake."

> Cake? Oh no, this one's emotionally attached to me.

Ask me for a slice, and I might ghost you temporarily.

Keep your fork away unless you want drama.

Even angels have limits—and mine is sharing cake.

Boo:

Tearfully, with hands over his mouth "This cake is amazing. Thank you!"

Thumbs up Dino laughs. Boo shoots a bombastic side-eye.

Jeonghan:

"This cake is sweet... just like our friendship."

Mingyu chokes in the background

Jeonghan smiles, "All the best for your future, guys!" sends a heart

Wonwoo:

Munching silently "Mmm… it's nice. I miss your chaos." Smiles faintly

Vernon:

Eats joyfully, waves at the camera "This is really good. If you have time, send us more. We miss you!"

Continues munching

Woozi:

"It's sweet. If we get a chance, we'll visit you."

Strikes an ending fairy pose

The members go "Awww~" in unison. Woozi chuckles.

Minghao:

"Thanks for the cake. If I can, I'll come meet you." blinks sweetly

Then Dino turned the camera toward DK.

DK opened his box to find a strawberry cake decorated with a chamomile flower. There was a note.

He read it aloud in awe:

> "DK, this is only for you. Share the rest with the members.

This flower reminds me of you, Loudie—you're like a chamomile, bringing calm and joy to others.

If I keep seeing things like this, I'll end up giving you a whole list of names 😊"

DK giggled and blushed. Dino screamed from behind, startling him.

"Hey!! What are you doing here?!" DK jumped.

Dino stopped recording and sent the video to the group. As the members heard the scream, they rushed over.

Scoups asked, "What happened?"

Dino handed him the note. DK, in full shy-mode, placed his cake down and walked over slowly.

As Scoups read it, he blushed. Dino leaned on his shoulder, giggling.

"Wow~ so DK's relationship is progressing fast, huh?" Scoups teased.

DK covered his face in embarrassment and nodded.

Wonwoo, looking like a shocked cat, placed a hand on DK's shoulder. "What did you do, huh?"

DK kicked his leg shyly. "You guys are making me blush!"

Jun said, "Who's making us blush here—you or us?!"

DK just laughed.

Meanwhile, back in the girls' dorm...

After dinner, Nian and Xuanye sat on the bed. Xuanye was lying with her head on Nian's lap as Nian opened her phone.

Her eyes widened.

"Xuanye! We left our phones for an hour and the members sent 50 messages?!"

Xuanye turned and saw it. "It feels like we left this group chat untouched for a month!"

Nian opened the chat and saw the photos. She lost it.

She laughed so hard that she had to hold her stomach. Xuanye groaned.

"What are you laughing at?!"

"Look!!" Nian said breathlessly. "They look like Minions!"

Xuanye shot up, looked at the photos—and they both went silent for a second...

Then burst into laughter together.

Xuanye held her stomach. "Nian!! Even Boo looks like Thomas the train!"

Nian laughed so hard her cheeks hurt.

Trying to compose herself, Nian finally messaged in the group:

> "You guys look like Minions with that makeup and those ponytails 😭 You look like children!"

And she added a flood of laughing emojis.
