CHAPTER 84:"From Bias to Boyfriend: A Fangirl’s Dream Come True"

As the men were talking, the girls and their mother came out from the kitchen and saw they were laughing. Their mother asked, "Zhang, why are you laughing so happily?" Her husband coughed and said, "I was just talking about how you were when you saw me smiling at the phone." The boys burst into laughter and hid behind each other's backs.

Their mother placed the dinner on the table and shot a death glare at her husband. Then she looked at the boys with a smile and told them to eat. The boys nodded with a smile, while the girls were laughing at them. The boys stood up and breathed heavily, looking at the girls. DK said, "Nian, your father is really humorous. Minghao and I really laughed our hearts out." Nian laughed and said, "Mm~ you guys really enjoyed it, huh?" DK and Minghao scratched their necks and smiled. The girls laughed and told them to sit.

As they sat, her mother served the dishes, and they were eating happily. Her mother asked, "Boys, where are you staying?" DK looked at her mother and said, "Aunt, we are living in a dorm." Her mother nodded and asked, "Only two guys are staying there?" Xuanye got emotional and accidentally spilled, "They were staying with 133 members." Her mother got choked, and Nian shot a bombastic side-eye at her.

Her mother looked at her in disbelief and asked, "What did you say, Xuanye?" The boys chuckled and said, "Aunt, we are staying in separate rooms, and we are like a family." Minghao nodded and said, "Aunt, the girls took care of us like our mother. They would even cook for us when we went to practice." Her father was proud and giggling while eating.

Her mother looked at the girls in disbelief. The girls were scared and were looking down at their bowls. Her mother said, looking at the boys, "These girls even cooked for you, huh?" DK nodded and asked, "Why... what happened, Aunt?" Her mother smirked and said, "These girls said they don't know how to cook whenever I asked them." The boys chuckled, and Minghao said, "Aunt, they cook awesomely. They even cooked your secret recipe for us."

Her mother looked at her daughters in disbelief and asked, "My beautiful daughters, look at my face and tell me—did you really cook that for them?" The girls gulped, looked at their mother with awkward smiles, and nodded. Her mother smirked and said, "Hmm~ if I ask you to cook next time, you shouldn't decline me, or else you won't get food." The girls pouted as they ate.

After finishing dinner, the boys took the bowls and placed them in the kitchen. The girls' mother was proud and said to her daughters, "Look at your boyfriends—they're really obedient. Look at you, sitting like old men watching TV." The girls smirked, and Nian said, "Ma~ if you were in our place, you'd be devastated to manage them." Xuanye continued, "Ma, they're naughty and act like newborn babies. We can't handle them." Her mother said, "Then you girls are really a good match for them." The girls looked proud, and Nian said, "Mm~ now you understand, right?" Her mother smirked and said, "Because even they managed you till now," and she laughed.

The girls were frustrated and sighed. As the boys came out, her father came from the guest room and said, "Boys, sleep in the guest room today and leave tomorrow, okay?" The boys were nervous and chuckled.

As the parents went to sleep, Nian, Xuanye, DK, and Minghao were sitting on the sofa, nervous and awkward. Minghao looked around and said to the girls, "Your house looks nice." The girls smiled and said, "We know~" DK coughed with a smile and said, "Why are you guys being awkward, huh?" Minghao looked at him and whispered, "DK, but no one can be like you~" Then he leaned back, stood up, and went outside.

DK was processing it in his mind, and it struck him. He said, "Minghao~ you're really mocking me, huh? I'll take care of you when we return to the dorm." He sighed. While Nian laughed at him, Xuanye stood up and told Nian that she was going outside. Nian nodded, and Xuanye ran toward Minghao.

Nian shook her head with a smile and said, "Loudie, go and sleep. Look, it's already 9 PM." DK looked at her and said with a bright smile, "Nian, today I really felt happy. When I was talking with your father, I felt that my sorrows were gone." Nian took her hand and pampered his head. "Huh~ Loudie, you should smile like this, okay? Don't be sad." DK nodded and said, "Nian, then will you come back with me tomorrow?" Nian shook her head while pampering his head and continued, "Xuanye and I will be staying here from tomorrow, Loudie. We won't be coming to the dorm like before."

DK's face went pale, and he said, "Then when will you visit me?" Nian chuckled and said, "I'll visit you whenever I'm free, Loudie~" DK slid and slept on her lap. Nian was stunned and chuckled. "What, Loudie? Why are you being clingy now?" DK pouted, "You told me you won't be visiting me, so I'll spend time with you now~" Nian pinched his cheeks and said, "Loudie~ you look cute in your bare face, you know~" DK turned to her and said cutely, "Really, Nian?" She smiled and nodded, "When I come across your photos, I download them and save them in my album. Loudie, you are really a part of my heart, and nothing can replace it."

DK took her hands and tucked her hair. "Nian, you're sweet with your words, huh~ What photos do you have in your phone, Nian? Show me—I want to see how you've chosen my photos." She coughed, "No... no, I won't show you~" DK asked, "Where's your phone?" She said on a whim, "It's in my bedroom." DK stood up quickly and ran toward her bedroom.

Nian was frozen. She yelled his name and ran after him. On the other hand, Minghao was sitting on the steps. Xuanye came out and saw no one there. She tilted her head, stepped out of the house, and peeked outside. The road was silent, and only the streetlights were on.

As Minghao looked around, he saw Ye standing near the gate. He smiled, stood up slowly, and walked toward her. As he stood near her, he whispered, "Ye~ what are you doing here?" Xuanye placed her hands on her ears, turned her face, and saw it was Hao. Her eyes widened. She removed her hands and said, "Hao~ why are you always scaring me?" Minghao chuckled, "I don't know, but I love doing this~" Xuanye was shy and looked at him. "Hao, what are you doing outside? Don't stand here. What if anyone notices you?" Minghao shook his head, "There's no one here. It's late at night." Xuanye nodded. He grabbed her hand, walked to the steps, and they sat down.

Minghao said, "Ye~ in two days, it'll be New Year, and we'll be celebrating it." He leaned on her shoulder. Xuanye smiled and said, "But Hao~ you won't be coming for the New Year celebration, right?" He nodded, "And you too, right? You'll be staying here. I won't be able to see you." Xuanye tapped his lap, "Hao~ I'll message you and send you New Year wishes and even a New Year card, okay?" He nodded, "Ye~ we'll be busy, and next year, our manager said there may be a world tour. I don't know how many months it'll take."

Xuanye was shocked, "Why didn't you tell me, Hao?" He replied, "Ye~ only the performance team knows. I don't know if it's officially declared, so I'm telling you now. If it's decided, I'll inform you beforehand." Xuanye wrapped her arm around his shoulder and patted him. "Okay, Flutterhao~ I'll be waiting for your message." He nodded, and they admired the moon.

Meanwhile, DK went inside her room and was stunned, frozen in place. Nian saw him inside her room and closed her eyes, running in. She saw DK staring at his pictures on the wall. She quickly placed her hands over his eyes. DK chuckled, "What, Nian? Are you shy now, huh?" Nian coughed, "No... not like that. Once you were my bias, and now seeing your photo here makes me nostalgic." DK moved her hands and pulled her in.

Nian was shy and gulped. He said, "But now I'm your boyfriend, Nian—or are you still thinking of me only as your bias, huh?" Nian shook her head, looked into his eyes, and said, "No... I'm really happy you became my boyfriend. I'm lucky." She blushed.

DK chuckled and kissed her lips. "Nian, I'm also lucky. But how many times can I say that to you~ So if I want to say it, I'll kiss you, okay?" He was shy, looking at her with sparkling eyes. Nian was blushing; her heart was pounding, and she didn't know what to say. DK patted her head and went to see the photos on the wall while Nian stood frozen.

He saw that all of the photos were ones he had taken and posted. DK smirked playfully, "Nian, you took all my photos from my Moments, huh~" Nian came to her senses, ran to him, "Yeah~ your solo photos are really cute. They're warm to look at~" DK chuckled and noticed her phone on the bed. He smirked, took her phone, and opened it. Nian saw him and tried to grab it, but he was tall. They played around; DK lost balance, fell on the bed, and pulled her onto his chest.

DK groaned in pain while Nian started blushing again. DK noticed her on his chest, and his heartbeat raced. Nian could hear it and chuckled. She whispered, "You act like you know how to make me blush, now you're blushing more than me, huh~" She leaned back, "Give me my phone." DK shook his head, "At least let me see it once—I won't say anything. I swear!" Nian sighed and nodded. "Give me the phone."

DK squinted, "You nodded, but now you're asking for the phone?" Nian chuckled in disbelief, crossed her arms, "Loudie, you can try to open it if you know my password." She smirked. DK clicked—it was a number pattern. He looked at her, and she smirked again. DK was frustrated, thought for a second, and typed his birthday. The phone unlocked.

He was shocked and laughed, showing it to her, "Nian, you should've kept your password strong—see, I opened it easily~" Nian laughed in disbelief, "I'll change the password one day so you'll break your head and beg me to open it~" She pouted. DK laughed, pulled her hand to sit.

As they sat, DK opened her albums and saw a folder named "happyvirus~" DK was impressed. He looked at her and showed the name. Nian was shy, "When I started watching you… you were my happyvirus, Loudie~ I don't know why, but whenever I hear that name, I feel happy and calm."

DK blushed and shook his body. He clicked the folder, saw his photos, gave her an annoyed look, and asked, "Nian, what is this?" Nian chuckled, "Loudie, that's why I told you not to look." He didn't know how to react. The photos were all his weird faces from videos. DK's face clearly showed that he regretted those poses.

Nian placed her hand on his shoulder, "Loudie, why does your face look pale, huh~" DK grinned, "You said you fell for my face—now look at this." Nian laughed, "Loudie, these are the faces that made me fall for you. Even your pigeon dance from GOSE episodes—I'm a fan of it." DK pouted, "You even noticed that, huh~" Nian nodded.

DK closed her phone. "Nian, aren't you annoyed when I do these weird things?" Nian shook her head, cupped his cheeks, and said, "Loudie, I can't even get angry when I see you. Your presence itself makes me happy. I won't get annoyed by your weird things. To be honest, I love them~" DK was happy and clung to her like a puppy. Nian chuckled and patted his head.
