Rosinante had only learned the basics of the Crushing Fist technique. His so-called "Crushing Fist Critical Blow" was developed by himself based on some theoretical aspects of the technique, combined with his mastery of Observation Haki through constant refinement and research.
The reason his punch carried such extreme penetrative force was because Rosinante compressed and stored his strength, shaping it into thread-like strands of energy. When he struck, he embedded these fine threads of force into his opponent's body. During the punch, if these threads dispersed even slightly, the whole move would lose its penetrative edge. Only by keeping them tightly bound could the punch pierce through.
This alone was already extremely difficult to control under normal circumstances—let alone in his "Self-Imposed Limiter Silence" state.
In that state, Rosinante could unleash his maximum potential. Without any self-imposed restrictions, his stored power reached terrifying levels. But the greater the power, the harder it became to control. Hence, maintaining the thread-like force during a critical blow became nearly impossible.
This was exactly why, despite accumulating thirty times his usual strength, he could only release the equivalent of eight times the attack power.
So, instead of trying to maintain the penetrative precision of a Crushing Fist Critical Blow, Rosinante developed a new form of attack—the Limit Breaker Critical Blow.
Unlike the precision-focused technique, this one fully embraced brute-force explosiveness.
He compressed all his power into a single point and released it in one instant, creating an overwhelming burst of raw force and impact.
It resembled the "Monster Strength Punch" from Naruto, but Rosinante didn't have chakra—this was pure physical technique.
Coupled with his "Limiter Silence" state, each punch pushed beyond even his own physical limit, hence the name: Limit Breaker Critical Blow.
In terms of sheer explosive output, it was several times stronger than the Crushing Fist version—but it came at the cost of finesse and sustainability.
BOOM!
Two fists collided—one massive, one small—and for a moment, their power was evenly matched.
But Rosinante's attack was all about the burst. When that burst failed to overwhelm Kaido's raw power, the moment it passed, Rosinante was immediately blasted backward.
"So that's how it is!" Kaido sneered, baring his teeth in a savage grin. At first, he'd been momentarily stunned by the force of Rosinante's punch, but when he saw him get knocked back, he immediately understood the trick.
"That was a damn good punch... But why didn't it kill me? If you can't kill me—then it's your turn to die!"
Kaido's eyes gleamed dangerously. His fists shot out one after another, each blow packing just as much force as Rosinante's Limit Breaker Critical.
Rosinante's expression shifted. He swung both arms furiously, punching out Limit Breakers in rapid succession!
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The entire sky trembled from their blows. The floating island cracked inch by inch from the seismic impacts.
"So strong... both of them!" the First Division members who had yet to evacuate stood in stunned awe.
"Our captain's getting stronger by the second!" Jack grinned, eyes wide.
"Jack, it's time to fall back!" Bins called out from the side. "The battle's going to escalate. This area will be dragged into the chaos!"
"I'm not that fragile!" Jack snapped back.
"Captain's strong, yeah—but he's still not that monster's match just yet. Aren't you going to call for reinforcements?" Jack asked.
Brrrr-brrrr-brrrr! The Den Den Mushi buzzed.
"This is Bins," Bins answered swiftly.
"Commander, we're ready. The operation can begin," a voice came through.
"Understood. I've locked onto the coordinates on my side," Bins replied and hung up.
"We're heading to support His Majesty now. But before that—we've got to complete the mission he assigned me." Bins stomped the ground, and a black hole suddenly opened beneath Jack.
Jack instantly fell through.
"Damn it!" Jack shouted, glaring at Bins before he vanished into the darkness. But even then, he didn't struggle much.
"You all need to get moving, too!" Bins turned to Sol.
"Understood, I'll speed up the retreat," Sol nodded.
Bins gave a firm nod, then stepped into a wormhole and disappeared.
"Hurry! Full evacuation now!" Sol barked, glancing at the battlefield where Rosinante and Kaido's fight had reached a crescendo.
Elsewhere, in a grand palace on the Sky Island Birka, the BloodSworn Royal Guards had fully assembled. Each member stood at attention, fully equipped and battle-ready.
"Is everyone ready? This is our first live combat using Dimensional Strike, and we're doing it in front of His Majesty. Don't let him down!" Bins ordered.
"Primary Breachers in position!" said Ryan.
"Primary Distractors ready!" replied Shaxiaia, dressed in a sharp maid uniform.
"Snipers in place!" declared a group holding unusual long-barreled weapons.
"…" Enel didn't say anything but stood firm.
"Good. Our target this time is Kaido of the Beasts. Most of you know the name—he's the lunatic who goes around challenging people to fights and trying to get himself killed. He's fought solo against the Navy and even Whitebeard. I just saw him battle His Majesty, and I can say this for sure: he's even stronger than the rumors. We can't afford even a single mistake," Bins warned.
"Yes, sir!" the team shouted in unison.
"Then begin Operation Dimensional Strike! Everyone to your stations. Opening Wormhole One—Primary Breachers, ready!" Bins commanded.
At the same time, a tiny wormhole opened near Bins' eyes, giving him a real-time view of the battle in the sky between Rosinante and Kaido.
Ryan and Winter stepped up solemnly, each holding a wooden staff threaded with Laser Shells. They stood before a massive mirror marked with the number 1.
All around the hall were mirrors of various sizes, labeled 1, 2, 3, and so on.
"Three, two, one—Wormhole One, OPEN!" Bins shouted.
BOOM! Rosinante was blown backward again by Kaido's punch. Kaido grinned and was about to pursue—
When suddenly, two figures appeared out of thin air.
"Laser Shell!!"
Twin beams of searing light burst from their staffs, forming glowing laser swords that slashed toward Kaido's waist from both sides.
Clang!
Sparks flew. The blades actually struck Kaido's body and sparked like hitting steel?!
The two figures zipped past Kaido's sides and disappeared into another wormhole behind him.
"Wormhole One hit the target—no damage, no damage. Reattempt! Primary Breachers, standby. Wormhole Two—Distractors, ready! Wormhole Three—Enel, standby for thunder support!" Bins barked.
"Understood!" said Winter.
"Roger!" replied Shaxiia.
"Y-y-yes sir!" Enel stammered nervously.
Kaido looked back with a confused glance, but didn't pay it much attention. He continued charging toward Rosinante.
The attack had been surprising—but for someone like Kaido, it was little more than an itch.
"So it's begun... Dimensional Strike, huh?" Rosinante muttered.
"Then I'll add a little more force."
Flashstep! Rosinante.
In a blink, Rosinante vanished from view and reappeared as a beam of light, slamming into Kaido like a thunderbolt.
BOOM!! A deafening shockwave erupted. Rosinante's fist landed square on Kaido's face—so hard that the beast's nearly indestructible features actually contorted from the blow.
Kaido froze for a moment, clearly surprised.
That speed—was far beyond what he had anticipated.
