Escaping

"I'm Lilith. You don't have to worry, I won't hurt you," she said as she noticed Seojin's worried face.

Seojin glanced at the metallic chains cuffing his limbs and looked at her in doubt. Was kidnapping not considered hurting someone? He could still smell the chloroform on his nose.

"When are you going to let me go?" Seojin asked. The judge was still waiting for him at home; he didn't want to worry him.

Lilith's smile suddenly dropped, and her eyes grew cold. She had no intention of letting go of him soon. He had to stay inside the white room until she got sick of him. But that wouldn't be happening, since she never gets tired of watching beauties.

Exciting the room, Lilith walked to the other rooms to check on the other captured beauties.

After making sure that the crazy girl had left, Seojin tried to reach for his pocket knife. Since he regained his memories, he had been carrying it just in case something happened. It became a habit when he started to kill people.

He looked at the small knife and then the thick wrist shackles.

'Ok, maybe this won't work,' Seojin thought. He sighed and pulled on the chains. Suddenly, the metallic chains broke into pieces as if it was made of glass. What happened? Then, he remembered that he had successfully killed all those people in his past life because he was much stronger than the average person. He had forgotten about that. His ability must have developed when he worked out more regularly.

Seojin threw the chains on the white bed and tiptoed to the door. He leaned on the door, making sure that Lilith was far away from his room. Seojin turned the doorknob, but it was locked. Of course, the girl must have done that so that he wouldn't be able to escape.

He pulled the doorknob harder, and the entire door came off the wall. His palms sweated in anxiousness. The door seemed to be made out of expensive wood. He didn't need to pay for the broken door, right?

Sticking his back to the wall, Seojin tried to hide himself. His nose was itchy from the cold. The crazy girl had taken off all his clothes except for his underwear. Did she have some kind of fetish?

The boy noticed that the other rooms looked like the one he was trapped in.

'Don't tell me that there are other people confined in this house,' Seojin thought. Might as well feed his curiosity before he escapes.

Seojin carefully broke the door and glimpsed inside, afraid that Lilith would be inside. There was a girl on the bed also in her underwear. Trying not to look at the girl, Seojin approached her carefully.

"Were you also kidnapped here?" Seojin asked, keeping his voice low.

Surprised, the girl looked in front of her and instinctively tried to hide her body, but the chains hindered her from doing so.

"Yes, I was kidnapped here. How did you escape?" the girl asked.

"Excuse me," the boy said while approaching her.

Seojin snapped the chains in two with his palm under the girl's shocked expression. Was he even human? She was certain that the chains were made of metal, not paper.

"We should escape before the crazy girl notices something. Do you know if other people are trapped here?" he asked.

The girl nodded and said, "There are 4 other guys in the other rooms. There were paintings of them in Lilith's canvas."

"Perfect, we'll get them and escape together."

Thanks to Seojin's monstrous strength, they successfully saved everyone else. The only problem was that they didn't know where Lilith was. They also had trouble finding the exit since the mansion was like a labyrinth.

"Are we going to go outside just like that?" a guy asked anxiously. How embarrassing would it be to go outside with only underwear on?

"Come on, man, you don't want to stay in this freaky place forever," another guy complained. His life was way more important than his pride.

"I'm just saying." It was still bright outside, and he didn't want to run into other people. And his house was far away, too. Did he have to take the bus with only underwear on?

The only girl in their group hid her body awkwardly. If only there were a blanket, she would be much comfortable.

At home, Valentin just woke up from his slumber. He had been catching up on his sleep after saving the kidnapped kids. Ivan told him that it was chaotic at the police station. All the kids were interrogated, but none of them knew what happened.

Valentin poured himself some water and started to cook for lunch. He glanced at the clock; it was already 6 o'clock. Where was Seojin? Did he have something to do at school? The judge took out his phone and texted the kid, asking where he was.

When the clock hit 7 o'clock, Valentin tapped his fingers on the table anxiously. What if something dangerous happened to Seojin? The quickest way to know the answer was to ask the system.

'Where's Seojin? ' Valentin asked.

[The male lead has been kidnapped.]

Valentin sprang up from the table and glared at the system's window.

'Why didn't you tell me sooner?'

[Don't worry about it, the male lead can handle it himself. It's almost time for you to shine.

Ding! You have received a new mission.

Mission: Drive the kidnapped students back home! Don't forget to bring some clothes for them!]

'Are you kidding me?' How dare the system use him as a driver?

The judge reluctantly sat in his black car. He had brought Kaito with him so that they would reach their destination sooner. The black car drove inside the purple gate, and instantly, they arrived in the rich neighbourhood. It was familiar since Valentin also lived in the rich neighbourhood.

As they were a few steps away from the exit, Lilith appeared in front of them, disappointed and slightly upset.

"Where are you guys going?"

"Just let us go before we call the police," a guy threatened. There was no way he was going to return to that darn white room. He had been stuck in there for days; now was his only chance to escape.

"What are you talking about? Beautiful things have to be protected from the outside world. That's why I kept you guys in my house so that you could be beautiful forever!" Lilith exclaimed, finding them with her obsession.

"You are crazy," a guy stated and pushed the girl away to open the door.

Lilith fell on the floor as the others followed behind the guy. She didn't understand why they didn't agree with her. Was she wrong to keep beautiful things to herself? Why would she share these sacred beings with other people? Only she could admire them.

As the front door opened, Seojin spotted a black car that resembled the judge's car. Then, Valentin got out of the car and approached them. Seeing the stranger, the girl tried harder to hide her body with her arms. Noticing the tense girl by Seojin's side, Valentin took off his coat and enveloped her in it.

"Thank you," the girl murmured.

"I'm Seojin's guardian. Don't worry, I'll get you guys safely home," Valentin explained, trying to lower their guards.

They rushed inside the black car, thankful that they were finally hidden from the preacher's eyes. Valentin threw them some blankets so that they could cover up.

The kidnapped students thanked Valentin as they got home. It's been a few days since they were missing, and their parents had already contacted the police. The judge told them not to worry about it because he would take care of everything. Lilith would be sent to a psychiatric hospital.

After they arrived home, Seojin threw the blanket on the sofa.

"Nice body," Valentin complimented as he stared at Seojin's well-defined abs. The kid had gotten more muscular since the dating show. His ears redden as he suddenly remembers the kiss they shared.

Seojin blushed as he noticed Valentin's intense stare. His red eyes were tracing down his abdomen. He wished he could grab Valentin's waist and lean in for a kiss.

"Do you have a reply to my confession?" Seojin asked.

"I'm sorry, I kind of forgot with all the work. I'll answer you when you graduate," Valentin promised. He didn't mind dating Seojin. After all, the reason he transmigrated was for the male lead. He just wanted the kid to graduate first. His last year of high school was very important to get into university. The judge didn't want the kid to have any distractions before he finished high school.

Seojin smiled softly and hugged the judge. He was happy that Valentin was considering his confession. Accidentally touching Seojin's strong bare chest, Valentin tried to push away from his embrace. He wasn't used to hugging another man. They weren't soft like women.

Valentin would've never imagined that he was open to having a relationship with a guy. In his past life, he was stuck with unattractive men who did his dirty work with him. They all looked like they had just come out of prison. They weren't cute and pretty like Seojin. If it were with the male lead, Valentin was willing to give him a chance to date him.
