The truth

Sitting on the bed as the three of them pull up chairs to sit in front of me I sigh while I hang my head "so what do you girls what to hear first? or do you want to hear the story from the being." I had asked while I was raising my head to meet their stares.

Mia: "We just want to hear the truth from you Namy."

Sighing as I know that means to start from the beginning, I look at all of to see that they have same expressions in their eyes before closing my eyes and taking a deep breath before opening as I exhale and met their eyes with my own.

(500 Years after Kane and Xenna where born)

Xenna: "Mother the humans need guides and it's not only them so do the vampires, demons also even us I understand that you want everything to be able to sustain on it one, which is why you do not interfere with worldly conflicts but if this goes the demons and the humans will wage war against each other as they do not understand each other."

Kane: "Xenna, is right mother did you not bring each race into this world to have harmony and have life flourish? Why are you not acting me and Xenna do not understand mother."

Walking up to Kane and Xenna while they were handing their heads, I smile placing a hand on bother of their cheeks "Kane, and Xenna the reason I do not act is because it is not meant for things to be interfered with by outside influences everything has to learn on its own. Plus, the supernatural world is meant to have limited interaction with each besides what it is allowed by the world. If I were to intervene in any term giving help to either it would unbalance the world."

Seeing the look in their eyes of understanding, sadness, and desperation I pull them into a hug

'I'm sorry my children that I can't tell you the truth about why I can't truly intervene in the world even if part of me truly believes that it's meant to have all live sustain by itself. Yes, I did bring forth all living life on this world but...for reason I can't intervene is because it is a trail of mines that I've been cursed with it not just me...but also the ones that gave me the chance to be reborn here on earth.'

(500 years later)

Kane: "MOTHER ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! HOW MUCH LONGER WILL YOU LET THIS CONTINUE! THE DEMONS ARE BEING TORTURED, SLAUGHTERED, HUMILATED BY TH HUMANS!

Xenna: "Dear brother you shouldn't raise you voice at mother, but yes mother brother is right this can't continue. If you won't tell us why you won't truly interfere even though a vessel as there are many to do it without upsetting the world balance and still letting life be able to sustain on its own."

Seeing the looks on my kid's faces as they've made their choices known to me "Kane, Xenna how many times do I have to tell you that I will not risk the balance of all living things by interfering they must be able to overcome these...trails on their own, I cannot nor will change my stance about this and I have told you that the worlds of the supernatural and mortal must always be separate besides what the world will allows.

'They must be able to overcome these trails on their own...isn't that right Chelsea, Suzi, and Maia' feeling my chest tightening as I think about them 'only if I wasn't so weak back then I....' Leaving my thought to go back to talking to my children "this isn't a matter we should be involved with as it is something that they must overcome alone."

Xenna: "Ha...mother... if this is your finale statement on the matter I can no longer stay here by your side as I don't believe that either race should be left to be exist by each other when there's something that can be done. I believe that humans and demons along with the vampires can co-exist with each other if they're guided, who knows some interesting things could come from it."

Kane: Looking at mother disappointedly "Xenna is right mother we cannot stay here any longer not only do we have different points of view we also value different thing that's leading us down our own paths that will always have us disagree with each other."

Seeing my children bow before they left the room 'Chelsea, Suzi, Maia it seems it's truly beginning now... our children have made their decisions now all I can do is hope that the outcome is one that we always hoped for. To were human, demons, demi-gods and heavenly realm can live together just like how we did at...once.'

(End of flashback)

Looking up to look in their eyes only for me to see that eyes are widen as they show different kinds of expressions causing me to bite the inside of my lip as fear, hope, longing, and desperation clings on my heart before I 'd-do...they remember now... have they gotten back their memories of me? If they did..., will they hug me again...will the comfort me with word of how good I've done. Will they remember our promise.'

Leaving my thoughts when I heard a chair move back to see that it was Kelsea that was the standing before walking over to me.

Kelsey: Standing in front of Namamy as I let my hair cover my face before hugging her causing her to gasp while she stiffened from the sudden embrace "Nam...it's a long time... how you've grown from back then...it must have been hard doing all this on your own."

Letting go a gasp due to the sudden surprise of the embrace as it caused me to stiffen slightly before relaxing for me to hug her back only to hear what she said, having tears start to build in my eyes "C-chel...is that really... you have you gotten back your true memories." But instead of it being her I hear another voice I've grown to miss some much.

Suzi: "Nammy, you've kept the promise of us having a family of our owns and proving that all three species can live together and strive to be their own individuals without having to be guided by the heavenly realm or any kind of regime showing that we can strive to be unified if were willing to put aside our differences."
