A little hint part-5

"What do you think that lunatic's doing in there?" Nari asked, her eyes fixed on the village now shrouded in a thin layer of gray mist. Small explosions could be heard faintly in the distance.

"Why don't you fly over and find out," Arion replied casually, leaning against a tree with his hands folded behind his head. His gaze was locked on something standing not far from him.

The stone armor—Gavrilo, the Divine Relic.

Nari, who had just caught sight of it, immediately stepped closer. Curiosity tugged at her, compelling her forward. She wanted to see up close what the legendary armor—spoken of only in ancient tales—really looked like.

"Wait... if that's Gavrilo, then that means you're—"

Nari stopped mid-sentence. Her face turned serious, even a little pale. Arion lifted his head, frowning.

"What do you mean?"

Before Nari could answer, a sudden surge of energy erupted from nowhere, sweeping over them both. Wind whipped around in a violent spiral, and the earth trembled beneath them. The statue of Gavrilo radiated a blinding golden light, forcing them to shield their eyes.

In an instant, the statue began to transform. It expanded in size, no longer just a carved relic—but a full, magnificent set of armor. Gavrilo now stood tall and regal—a golden armor with a simple yet dignified design. A flowing white cloak trailed down to the ground, fluttering softly in the breeze.

"Just like the legends…" Nari whispered, unable to hide her awe.

Arion stared in disbelief.

"This… is the real Gavrilo?"

Before he could think further, the armor began to break apart—piece by piece, each segment hovered into the air, circling around Arion. A white light enveloped him as the armor began to reassemble itself, wrapping around his body from head to toe.

"W-Wait… you're the chosen one!" Nari shouted, stumbling back a few steps in shock.

"Chosen one? What are you talking about?" Arion asked, his voice still sounding normal—until the combat mask of Gavrilo snapped into place, sealing his face.

And in that moment, everything changed.

Arion's body froze. He stood still for several seconds, as though stripped of consciousness. His eyes—just before being fully covered—had turned completely white, as if overtaken by an overwhelming power.

Then, without warning, he moved.

He slammed his fist into the ground beside him, shattering a large portion of the area near the tree. The earth split open, rocks levitated, and a wave of energy exploded outward like a storm.

"Arion?! Stop!" Nari screamed, panicking.

But there was no response. Arion now rampaged blindly, destroying everything around him. An ancient power had awakened—but it was not yet in control.
