“ Sure looks like Nigel to me.” Vera too? I can’t believe Nigel really showed up here, not after I told him to stay away. How can he show up now?



I turn away from the weasel I was feeding as I watch Nigel approach us. He looked the same as he did, completely different from the Nigel we knew. “ Well if it isn’t Echo… still going on her… meaning adventures.”



“ My adventures aren’t meaningless.” I grit at him.



“ You have no aim, dear. So everything about your travel is meaningless, brat.”
