Mouth Service, No Refunds

Lina reached into her jacket, took out a tissue, and quietly spat into it. Then she tossed it in the trash like it was nothing.

"Next time," she said with a smirk, "let the girl know before, alright?"

Nash didn't answer. His throat felt tight. He looked down, face burning.

Lina tapped his chest, still smirking.

"You've got credits, right? Let's call it a service. Maybe I should start charging."

He gave a weak nod.

She looked at him, then sighed.

"Hey... don't look so down. First times are rough. I'm sure you'll get better."

She gave his cheek a light pat and walked out, leaving him alone in the bathroom.

The silence pressed in like a weight on his chest.

Nash stood frozen, eyes locked on the cracked tile beneath his shoes. His hands trembled, not from cold but from the sting crawling up his spine. His face burned. He wanted to disappear.

The ghosts of his past spoke louder than the silence.

Roam's voice, sharp and mocking:

"I told her to give you a mercy ride, but she said you couldn't even get it up."

Then Saya, voice flat with disgust:

"You don't have presence. You don't have fight. And you definitely don't have the dick for it."

Each word punched through him like glass. He could almost feel their eyes again, watching, judging. The memory dragged him back to that awful, helpless place.

Even with all the progress, all the grinding, all the numbers and power-ups, he'd come up short, literally. He'd finally gotten a shot at something real, and all he could do was fail.

Worse than failure. He had proven them right.

His jaw tightened.

Then, a soft blue light blinked at the edge of his vision.

A panel opened:

[SYSTEM UPDATE: EXPERIENCE GAINED – FIRST SEXUAL INTERACTION]

+8 SP (Seduction Points)

+2 BP (Body Points)

 Title Unlocked: [First Contact]

Title Effect: [Curious Spark]

→ Slight increase to initial Seduction chances during future encounters

→ (+5% Lust trigger bonus on first interaction)

[QUEST FAILURE: Incomplete Satisfaction]

Target Lust did not reach 100%.

Special Quest not triggered.

Nash stared at the glowing panel.

A reward, but also a failure.

No cheers. Just numbers on a screen.

He sighed and met his reflection in the mirror. Eyes sunken, jaw tense. But he wasn't empty.

"I can still fix this," he muttered.

Without hesitating, he opened his stat allocation window.

[SP ALLOCATION]

+3 Endurance → (19)

+3 Control → (22)

+2 Girth → (8.9 cm)

[BP ALLOCATION]

+2 Recovery Speed → (43)

The panel confirmed it with a soft chime.

A faint warmth stirred below his waist. Barely noticeable, but it was there, a subtle shift in pressure, a new sense of density. He didn't need a mirror to know. He could feel it. Just enough to tell him it worked.

The shame still burned, but it lit a different fire now, one aimed forward.

Just as he closed the stat panel, another soft glow appeared.

Nash stared. A bond?

He hadn't expected that. Honestly, he didn't even know this kind of thing could happen yet, not with someone like Lina. It wasn't affection, neither love.

It was more like a consequence of his need to improve and her being a royal bitch.

Nash walked back to the table, stiff and quiet, trying not to show how tense he still felt.

Lina was already seated, one leg crossed, idly twirling her drink. When he sat down, their eyes met, briefly. Just long enough for his chest to tighten. He looked away.

Sarra leaned slightly.

"How was the call?"

Nash paused. For a moment , he had completely forgotten this excuse. He nodded like he'd rehearsed it.

"Went fine."

Lina let out a quiet chuckle, amused.

He glanced at her, frowning.

"For a beginning."

She laughed now, light and teasing.

"Alright, alright. Fair enough."

Nash gritted his teeth, barely hiding his annoyance. Sarra blinked, confused by the sudden tension.

He shot Lina a glance, tempted to poke back by triggering something through Lina's trigger actions, but the moment he checked her stats, something new greeted him.

The system looked neater and cleaner now, like it had reorganized itself.

Something's changed, Nash thought, staring at the updated system.

Nash stared at the new layout, trying to make sense of it.

He guessed, maybe the system changed how it saw girls once something physical happened.

Like Lina wasn't just some tracked interest now, but someone linked to him through experience.

A real connection, even if casual. He wasn't totally sure, but it fit.

The system always rewarded progress, and this looked like the result of taking that step.

With his nerves cooling, Nash took the lead.

He started with Sarra, spotting her cup nearly empty and offering to top it off. She gave a small nod, a quiet thank-you in her expression.

He glanced at Lina.

"What's the fanciest drink on this menu?"

She gave him a slow, measured look.

"What, trying to win me over with money now?"

"If it works," he said, shrugging.

She narrowed her eyes, lips twitching slightly, but this time it wasn't flirtation, but pride.

In her eye, Nash had challenged her, and she wasn't about to be outbid that easily.

"I'll take the most expensive one. Just so you know."

"Then take two," he said, already motioning to the waiter.

Lina's brows lifted in surprise. For a second, she just stared.

"Seriously?"

"Always."

She blinked, leaned back in her seat, and studied him quietly. After what happened earlier, her view of Nash had taken a hit.

But now, seeing his confidence, his calm control, and especially the way he ordered without blinking... something shifted.

Not attraction, not yet, but curiosity. Like he might not be as pathetic as she'd assumed.

Nash turned to Sarra, eyes soft.

"You sure that's all? Don't hold back just 'cause I'm paying. Order whatever."

Sarra tilted her head, slightly surprised.

"Are you really... that well off?"

Nash leaned in just a touch, voice steady.

"I wouldn't bring you two on a pathetic date. You're way too good for that."

The words hung there. Sarra flushed faintly, fiddling with her straw. Lina raised an eyebrow, then smirked.

"Damn. Okay, Mr. Confident."

"Just saying facts, you deserve it," Nash said, forcing himself to please the face of his humiliation. "I mean, the effort you did... That outfit? Looks sharp."

Lina tossed her hair back, smirking now.

"Well, I never go easy."

"Didn't think you would."

She glanced at him again, her gaze lingered longer this time.

Maybe he's not so hopeless after all.

Then Sarra again.

They kept rotating like that. He asked Lina if she ever played for money or just for attention. She countered with a flirty jab about his wallet. He joked right back.

By the time dessert hit the table, both girls were in. Sarra looked more at ease than he'd ever seen.

Lina kept ordering dishes and drinks, one after another, her eyes darting toward Nash after each. She was measuring, waiting for the slightest wince or hesitation on his face as the bill stacked.

But Nash didn't flinch.

She blinked, leaned back slightly in her seat, and let out a low, thoughtful hum.

He's loaded, she realized. Really loaded.

Her lips curled slowly.

I hit the jackpot.

They bantered. She poked at him being a playboy. He clapped back, joking she was too glamorous for streetball. She laughed out loud. +5% Affection

Her foot nudged his under the table, her toes tracing the line of his ankle.

Nash didn't move. This single action confirmed something.

She was back in.

He caught her sideways glance, curious, interested, and testing. After what happened earlier, that was everything.

A smile crept onto his face. She wasn't done with him. He would have a chance to redeem himself.
