Chapter 11: The Sorrowful Breeze and the Great Harvest

Levis pondered for a moment and then realized that this seemed to be Joy's brother's name.

"So, how was your chat?" Levis asked as he opened the door.

Danny didn't answer, but continued, "When I came back after talking with him, I was attacked by a group of people."

"Someone attacked you?" Levis's foot, which was stepping into the room, retracted, and he turned to examine Danny carefully.

This guy doesn't look like he was attacked!

But then again, thinking of Danny's skill, Levisshook his head, no longer thinking about it, and after entering the room, he asked, "Did you take out the people who attacked you?"

"No." Danny followed him in and then added, "I shook them off."

Opening the refrigerator, Levis took out a can of drink and threw it to Danny, then opened a bottle for himself, sat on the sofa, and asked, "Who do you think sent the people who attacked you?"

"I think it should be Ward." Danny opened his drink and took a sip, answering, his expression not looking very happy.

Levis glanced at Danny, fortunately, this guy didn't seem too stupid.

"Have you had dinner yet?" Levis suddenly asked.

Danny was stunned for a moment, then scratched his head and said, "No!"

"OK!" Levis stood up and said as he walked, "How about I make you a bowl of noodles?"

"Oh, good!" Danny laughed, "I often ate noodles when I was studying in Kunlun!"

Levis paused, then turned back and asked, "Kunlun?"

"Yes, Kunlun!" Danny explained, "That's where Shou Lao lives, a very ancient city, in a big mountain."

Levis, of course, knew that Kunlun was a big mountain, and he also knew that it was where the Queen Mother of the West was said to live in myths and legends.

But this is the Marvel Universe, so Kunlun naturally couldn't have any Queen Mother of the West.

As for Shou Lao, whom Danny mentioned, well, Levis continued to ask, "Who is Shou Lao?"

"An elder, the Guardian of Kunlun!" Dannyrecalled.

Levis shook his head and entered the kitchen. His understanding of Marvel almost entirely came from Marvel movies, so how could he know anything about Shou Lao? He had never even heard of it.

After he finished, Danny was happily eating noodles in the room, while Levis went into the study. He had eaten before he came back, and now he was going to write his diary for the day.
