As Zero exited the cultivation pavilion, the crisp air of Frostgate City met him. His body felt lighter - not just because he'd advanced, but because his destiny had begun to unfold.
Behind him, a golden blur flickered.
"Yulin, enter the beast space," Zero whispered.
The Chaos Dragon nodded once.
"Yes, Master."
In a shimmer of chaos light, Yulin vanished into a swirling void portal and entered Zero's beast space - a personal dimension hidden within his soul.
Zero's Beast Space
Time Acceleration: 10x cultivation speed Healing Boost: 100x recovery rate Law Density: Chaos-aligned qi in abundance Beasts Allowed: 3 total (upgradable with realm breakthroughs)
Inside, Yulin floated atop a crystal lake of qi, already regenerating and meditating.
"A fine home," the dragon muttered to himself.
Arya Kapoor Appears
Outside the pavilion, a girl with sharp eyes and flowing blue-black hair leaned against a stone pillar - Arya Kapoor, elite inner member of the Kapoor Family.
She stepped forward.
"We meet, mystery cultivator."
Zero turned, calmly.
"You followed me?"
"I watched. You broke the qi flow in Room 09. And yet, I couldn't see your cultivation level."
She tried once more. Her spiritual sense scanned his body...

Her eyes narrowed, then softened.
"Who are you really?"
"A player," Zero replied with a faint smile. "Same as you."
Arya studied him, then offered a hand.
"Arya. Want to grab a bite before this city drives us insane?"
Zero accepted.
"Sure."
1Ol Thousand Star Pavilion - Top Restaurant
in Frostgate
They arrived at the city's most luxurious spirit restaurant — built by the Singh Family, one of the three controlling powers.
Waiters bowed as Arya walked in. She clearly had status.
They were guided to a private balcony with a sky-view table, qi-enhanced food, and floating spirit lanterns.
"You don't talk much," Arya said, sipping from her cup.
"Not used to talking."
"You will be. This world doesn't reward silence."
They talked lightly about dungeons, city factions, and the monster spawn rates in the Eastern Field.
Then...
"Arya?"
A sharp male voice cut in.
From across the hall came a man in golden robes. Tall, proud, eyes sharp like blades.
"Virat Singh," Arya said with clear irritation.
Virat approached. The young master of the Singh Family. In love with Arya for years.
He looked Zero up and down.
"You? You're having dinner with him?"
"He's my friend, Virat. Step away."
Virat's smile turned cold.
"I don't care who you are. Leave Arya alone — or next time, I won't be so polite."
Zero calmly picked up his cup and sipped.
"Noted."
Virat gritted his teeth, shot Arya one last look, and stormed out.
Nightfall - Hotel Room
Zero sat quietly in his small hotel room, rented with a few silver coins.
He gazed at the twin moons outside the window. The city was full of noise, players chasing power, and NPC factions fighting for control.
"Too much noise. Not my place... not anymore."
He activated the logout option.
But before the process could complete...
A cold wind filled the room.
A ripple in space twisted behind him.
From that shimmer stepped a tall figure in silver-black robes lined with chaos stars. His presence bent the qi around him. His gaze held power that echoed through dimensions.
"Sect Master Zero."
Zero turned.
"Supreme Elder?"
The man bowed deeply.
"I am Jiyan, Sixth Supreme Elder of the Chaos Sect.
I have come to escort you.. home."
He raised a hand, forming a golden portal filled with ancient runes, chaos symbols, and swirling light.
Zero nodded.
•"Let's go."
Together, they vanished - and the city never noticed the return of a legend.
