Expelled from his own home for crimes he can hardly remember, Neva finds himself stranded in the deadly Fog, where monsters thrive and hope goes to die.

Guided by the chaotic yet strangely loyal America, Neva sets out to create a nation like no other, filled with countless avatars of humanity’s greatest — and worst — ideals.
