"Let's start with how seals work
Seals work by chakra and intent but i know that's not the answer you're looking for ,
Seals function through commands and formulas, you have to specify everything or it fails.....or works half-assed,
For example for an explosion tag you need to specify the what kind of explosion, the amount of force ( you can't just put it down either you have to do a bunch of math( but seeing as seals can just be copied that's not really needed more that once) basically making a formula through which the seal can understand what to do and the understanding is done through creating your own "operating system" it's not really an operating system but that's the closest term I can use to explain it) , the delay on explosion after being activated and if you're extra you can include the explosions spread shape , colour etc...
Once you have that down all you need to work on is handwriting to make your seal make as such sense as possible for obvious reasons....wait you're asking why?, well it's usually to make it easier for people to copy and the more legible the writing the more likely the seal won't take a shit ton of chakra to solve a problem or just fail due to the words not wording,
what I'm doing is an advanced application of fuinjutsu that allows me to skip the "operating system" and replace it with intent through the use of my chakra and with this application I can put a seal on anything even people with ease , now this seal I'm applying the gravity seal was a bitch and a half to create because I had to specify the range( which is along the length of a blade in this case) , the amount of force or I risk creating a blackhole, the force formula for this was ."

' ....sasuke...' , Itachi eyes distant thought. ' There was no other way, had I refused....the consequences would have been far worse.'
"Itachi -chan , were almost there", ' why did I choose this path?'. He had done what he believed was necessary, yet part of him questioned if there was any justice in such a sacrifice.

Hiruzen's expression darkened, back still facing them.
Danzo leaned forward, chains rattling , voice lowering venomously. "You allowed this, and now when you see that we aren't beneficial to you , Now it's a problem, the hypocrisy is quite frightening are you sure someone like you should be Hokage, can you really, truly, say you have the villages best interest at heart?"
For the first time, Hiruzen's gaze flickered, just for a second, with doubt, and in that small crack in his resolve, Danzo saw a glimmer of the past, of the weak Hiruzen, he attacked *Kotoamatsukami*, and then it was gone.
"Execute them"
Danzo exhaled through his teeth, leaning back.....
And Hiruzen walked out the door,
