The Holy Empire had never known war on its own soil.
Until now.
Golden towers that once bathed in divine light now cracked and flickered under a crimson sky. Protective barriers, said to be etched by the First Oracle herself, shattered like glass. The once-pristine white marble roads bled black mist.
The capital, Sanctum Solis, was falling.
And the people? Screaming prayers into a silent void.
Scene: Imperial Cathedral, Throne of the Sun
Emperor Lucien XIV stood, clad in ceremonial armor, hands trembling on the hilt of his sacred blade — Sol Invictus. He had never drawn it in his life.
But today, the sword glowed weakly. The divine fire had dimmed.
"Where are the gods?" he whispered.
From behind him, an old man coughed. Grand Inquisitor Velmar, his mentor.
"Your Majesty... The Light has withdrawn."
"What of the Sacred Choir?"
"Dead. Their souls… unraveled."
The Emperor gritted his teeth. "Then I will face him myself."
Scene: Streets of Sanctum Solis
Loyal Dog operatives moved like ghosts through the burning city. Each wore a mask — some smiling, some crying, some utterly blank. But all of them shared one trait:
They feared no divine wrath.
Because they were the new divine.
Kael Arcanis floated above the cathedral steps, arms outstretched, as mirror-shards of reality spiraled behind him. Each reflected a version of Sanctum Solis — burning, crumbling, corrupted.
"This is not destruction," Kael murmured. "This is rebirth."
Behind him, shadowy banners unfurled.
The sigil of the Villain King.
Scene: Throne Room
As the Emperor descended the cathedral stairs, he was met with a surprise.
Priyanshu Yadav stood at the gates.
No army.
No guards.
Just him.
Clad in a simple black robe with silver embroidery — a fox-shaped brooch on his collar.
"Lucien," he greeted casually. "Still pretending to be holy?"
"You dare approach this place?"
"I built it," Priyanshu replied, eyes glowing. "Long before you wore that crown."
With a wave of his hand, the throne behind Lucien disappeared — not destroyed, not shattered — but erased from existence itself.
"The Age of Light is over."
The Emperor roared and charged, divine sword raised.
Priyanshu didn't move.
The moment the blade neared his body—
It stopped.
The sword trembled.
Then shattered.
Not by force. But by lack of belief.
Emperor Lucien's soul cracked. He fell to his knees.
"How…?"
"Because faith is not power," Priyanshu said softly. "Faith is permission. And you… no longer have any."

Scene: Loyal Dog Headquarters
Back in the black palace beneath the earth, the commanders of the Loyal Dog Organization stood around a circular table.
Queen Merila laughed. "So that's two kingdoms in two weeks."
Kael smirked. "Should we start keeping score?"
The Black Puppetmaster whispered, "One kingdom fallen. But the real war begins now."
Priyanshu nodded slowly. "They'll retaliate. The righteous always do. But they fight for ideals."
He turned to the war map.
"We fight for control."
He placed a black token on the next kingdom.
Kingdom of Verdantia.
"Prepare the Garden of Corruption."

Priyanshu walked through the fallen cathedral ruins, untouched by flames or rubble.
He picked up a small, broken statue of a sun god and whispered:
"Rest now. Your era is done. The true god has arrived... and he hides behind no mask."
His eyes glowed crimson.
And so, the world turned darker—not from lack of light, but from the overwhelming shadow of the one who controlled it all.
