Genesis Moretti and Caspian Graves are born to rule; descendants of two rival crime syndicates bound by blood, honor, and a wedding pact to unite their empires. But on their betrothal party as children, a gruesome, premeditated massacre kills their mothers and decimates their families. Abandoned and hidden, Genesis is left at a convent and Caspian is exiled to Britain, both raised in the shadows of violence and lies.
Seventeen years later, they're reunited to uphold their pledged union. But the past is far from dead. When old enemies reemerge and secrets dug up come spilling out, such as forbidden love, lost heirs, and a bond that turns their love into a trap, Genesis and Caspian must coexist in a world of obsession, brutality, and games of power that will consume them both.
His Mafia Rose is a dark romance thriller book on legacy, revenge, and the dangerous line between love and devastation.

Really good the story build is top tier I
I wasn’t even halfway through Chapter 1 and I was already HOOKED! 😩🔥 GURLLL, what are you feeding these characters because I am OBSESSED!! This is a 10/10… no, scratch that — 1000/10! The tension, the writing, the vibe? PERFECTION. We definitely need MORE of this masterpiece ASAP!! ❤🔥📚🥵
Great atmosphere, consistent tone, and strong internal voice. The emotional undercurrent is handled really well.[img=update][img=nervous]. The writing stands out for being subtle but effective. It doesn’t rush, It has a calm and steady pace and that really works for the type of story being told.

This story is more about what’s not said, and I appreciate that. The tension builds naturally and the character interactions feel honest[img=recommend]
The writing is clear, thoughtful, and has a calm intensity to it. Everything feels purposeful, from the dialogue to the way the scenes are paced. It’s easy to stay engaged.
The characters are layered and believable. You can tell a lot of thought went into building their personalities without overexplaining anything.
The writing is strong, especially in Chapter 6. Caspian is intense—cold, methodical, and clearly dangerous, but not written in a way that feels over-the-top. I’m really curious to see how Genesis responds to this version of him.
I’m impressed by how much control the author has over the tone. Even the violent scene is written with purpose. The writing feels mature and intentional, not just edgy for the sake of it.
I like how the story takes its time building tension. The pacing is deliberate, and the shift in Caspian’s character is written well. There’s a quiet menace in his actions that makes it hard to stop reading.
Love their thought of eachother apart. I like that we see things from multiple perspectives. I like that the backstory is being slowly interwoven into the book.
Love the way the story is progressing; i like the switch from past to present. I wonder what the prologue scene was a glimpse into. I'm already loving the dynamic Caspian and Genesis have apart.
I am loving the build of the story so far, I love the switch between past and present and their interaction as children. I like Genesis' longing for Caspian as an adult and her resentment for him leaving her behind. I'm hoping we get to see a grown Caspian's POV next!
