Chapter 11: Whitebeard’s Request – “I Want Akainu to Die!”

"Mr. Krillin..."

Ace's voice trembled with a mixture of awe and embarrassment as he watched Krillin land effortlessly before Whitebeard.

He had tried to be helpful, to lead Krillin to his father, but clearly—Krillin hadn't needed any help at all.

In an instant, Krillin had flown over the battlefield and bypassed every obstacle, including the powerful Marines. His flight speed and precision were unlike anything Ace had ever witnessed.

Even more astonishing was the calm confidence Krillin radiated. There was no arrogance, no need for flair—just composure and strength.

"This guy…" Ace thought to himself, "He must have eaten some kind of incredible Devil Fruit. But what kind of fruit lets you fly, move at lightning speed, and swat away attacks like they're nothing?"

He couldn't figure it out—and he wasn't the only one.

---

Sengoku, the Fleet Admiral, was watching closely from his command platform.

"That's definitely not the Flutter-Flutter Fruit," he murmured to himself.

There was no doubt in his mind. The speed Krillin had displayed far exceeded that of the Golden Lion, the former user of the Flutter-Flutter Fruit.

Even the Glint-Glint Fruit, wielded by Kizaru—the fastest Marine in history—might not match that velocity.

"Terrifying…" Sengoku muttered.

---

Kizaru, the man in question, narrowed his eyes as he observed Krillin. Although he usually avoided putting in effort—preferring to take things slow and "paddle" through fights—he couldn't ignore Krillin now.

With a lazy yawn, Kizaru raised his hand, pointed his finger toward Krillin, and fired a laser beam.

"Pew," he muttered casually, almost as if he was toying with a child.

But a closer inspection revealed that Kizaru had deliberately aimed away from Krillin's vital areas. The beam would only graze his arm at most.

He wasn't serious.

Still, his half-hearted attack didn't go unnoticed.

---

"Be careful!" Whitebeard growled as he sensed the beam speeding toward Krillin.

Even though Krillin had moved at incredible speed earlier, Whitebeard wasn't convinced he could deflect Kizaru's laser. He had fought Kizaru before—he knew how deadly the man's light-based attacks could be.

Whitebeard instinctively stepped forward, trying to block the laser himself.

But he was too late.

The beam was already inches away from Krillin.

---

The Whitebeard Pirates gasped in horror.

"He saved Ace, and now he's getting attacked by the Marines?!"

"Are we really going to let our benefactor get hurt?!"

Their expressions turned grim with guilt and worry. They owed Krillin everything—and now he might be injured because they couldn't protect him.

But then… something unbelievable happened.

---

Krillin raised his hand casually, as if swatting away a fly, and slapped the laser beam aside.

A burst of light scattered into the sky like harmless sparkles.

"…Huh?"

Everyone—including the Marines and Pirates—stood frozen in shock.

"Kizaru's laser… got slapped away?"

"That was a light-speed attack! How did he react in time?!"

"No, it's not just that… how can you slap away light?!"

Gasps echoed across the battlefield. Krillin's effortless move reignited the morale of the Whitebeard Pirates and shattered the confidence of many Marines.

---

"Who the hell is this guy?" one Marine shouted.

"There's no intel on him! Not a single record in the global database!"

Sengoku gritted his teeth, veins popping from his forehead.

He could tell—Krillin wasn't just strong. He was terrifying.

Even though the laser wasn't Kizaru's full-force attack, no ordinary fighter could deflect it like that. The way Krillin handled it, with the ease of brushing off dust, revealed something more terrifying:

He wasn't just powerful… he was on another level entirely.

---

Krillin, meanwhile, looked around, confused.

Everyone was staring at him as if he had just moved a mountain.

"…Was it because of that beam?" he wondered.

He shook his head.

Back in his own world, casually deflecting Ki attacks was second nature. If someone attacked you and you had the ability to dodge or deflect it, you simply did. There was nothing impressive about it.

But clearly, in this world, such feats were unheard of.

---

He turned his attention to Whitebeard and spoke calmly.

"You're Mr. Whitebeard, right? I'm here to help you end this war. If you have any requests… let me know."

Krillin's tone was respectful, but inside, he felt nervous.

It wasn't that he feared Whitebeard would ask something unreasonable—he was nervous that Whitebeard might not accept his help at all.

Even though the system had triggered a hidden quest, there was always a risk. If Whitebeard refused aid or didn't recognize Krillin's offer as valid, the mission could vanish before it truly began.

That would be… disappointing.

---

Whitebeard studied Krillin carefully. The man before him didn't give off the usual aura of a Devil Fruit user. There was no visible sign of ability, no energy radiation like Haki, and yet—he had flown, moved faster than light, and deflected a laser beam with a flick of his wrist.

Whitebeard wasn't easily impressed, but this man… he was different.

After a moment of silence, Whitebeard nodded.

"Thank you for offering your help," he said. "I do have one request."

He then pointed directly at the source of his rage—Akainu.

"I want him to die."

---

The words rang like thunder across the battlefield.

Whitebeard's eyes were filled with murderous fury, and the air around him grew heavy.

He wasn't the type to ask for favors, but this wasn't about pride. It was about justice—his justice.

"Akainu nearly killed Ace," Whitebeard growled. "If not for you, my son would be gone."

"Even though Ace is safe now, that doesn't change what Akainu did. I was ready to kill him myself, but…"

Whitebeard looked down at his hands.

"After our fight, I realized something. I can wound him. I can match him. But I can't kill him—not in my current condition."

The war had taken a toll on him. Age, sickness, and battle damage had weakened him. Even though the Senzu Bean had healed his injuries, it hadn't reversed his age or the wear of years.

"But you…" he looked at Krillin, "you might be able to do what I can't."

---

Krillin nodded solemnly.

"I understand."

He didn't ask why. He didn't try to justify Akainu's actions. He saw the truth in Whitebeard's eyes.

This wasn't about revenge alone—it was about setting things right.

"Consider it done."

---

Meanwhile, in the Group Chat...

Jack: "@Krillin, impressive work. You're moving through this hidden quest with incredible efficiency."

Beerus: "Did he really just slap away a laser beam?"

Vegeta: "@Beerus, don't tell me you're surprised. This guy's already stronger than you thought."

Whis: "It's quite fascinating. I believe Krillin is adjusting to this universe's power scale quickly."

Goku: "@Krillin, so you're going after Akainu now? Be careful, that guy's got a nasty magma punch!"

Krillin: "@Goku, thanks for the heads-up. But I've got this."

---

Back on the battlefield, Krillin turned his gaze toward Akainu, who stood among the Marines, glaring furiously.

The Admiral's lava arm pulsed with heat.

"You dare challenge me?" Akainu spat. "You lowly rat, meddling in Marine affairs?!"

Krillin didn't respond.

He simply floated into the air, calm and resolute.

Akainu's lava began to churn.

And then—Krillin vanished.
