This is a very brilliant and realistic translation. Hats off to the author and translator. Especially the translator. I was not going to read it after reading some reviews but my gut feeling told me to continue so i did. i don't regret it one bit. The protagonist doesn't magically have revenge but everything happens step by step. He overcomes his fear of girls, grows more mentally stronger and then takes revenge all the while not crossing a certain line and remaining realist, knowing that this is not an hentai anime where he can take them without any sort of consequences. Author san more chapters please

I have no regrets. This story feels like a classic. It gives off strong 2017-era light novel vibes, which I personally appreciate. The premise starts off heavy: the MC is relentlessly bullied because of his weight people outright treat him with disgust. Things escalate when he's falsely accused of stealing underwear or stocking? (kinda forget). And of course, no one doubts the accusation, because… well, who cares about a fat, unpopular guy, right? Even Kaguya Shinomiya plays a part in shaping public opinion against him. So yeah, it’s painful. And I’ll admit, I skipped some parts in the first 10 chapters. Although it's important chapter lol The pacing is deliberately slow. If you think 20 chapters of surviving a hostile environment, and another 20 before seeing real progress (and not instant revenge fantasy), is too much — then this isn’t for you. I do personally like this fics tho, What really carries the story is the character writing. This isn’t some half-baked crossover fic where everyone feels like cardboard cutouts. The characters feel 'alive' Oh, and yes. There’s some bashing at Sorata Kanda and the Saekano MC. Depending on your taste, that could be a bonus or a dealbreaker. --- Crossover list so far Expect characters from: Kaguya-sama: Love is War Saekano Oregairu Sakurasou Gabriel DropOut and Kirisu Mafuyu from Bokuben Honestly, at this point, this qualifies as a "Zongman" fanfic. The background in Shuuichin which was somehow feel like ordinary Japanese school.

Well.... I havent read it, saw the reviews and skipped to chapter 86.... How hard is to read 85 chapters of torture until c86 Which is when MC slims down. WHat I got is that MC is basically abused by most heroines in anime for 85 chapters then he slims down and somehow he is super handsome, which makes the girls regret their choice.... I must say... Women..... Do I want to read 85 chapters or abuse?

Decent enough to pass the time, there is some formating errors, (no line break to let us know when POV or scenes changes.) but the number of times the foot fetish was brough up is disgusting,

Honestly an excellent take of a story it’s purely about the MC seeking revenge as he suffered be falsely accused and the social consequences that follow. Second Vol absolutely amazing so far.

The story is nice, we can see improvement in real life decisions and we can see his confidence. MC is realistic he is not gonna forgive some girl just because she looks good. The only part could been different would be eriri house arc, you just committed a felony there, but considering the MC's mental condition it is realistic to have a breakdown. As for people blaming the MC for being a wimp are simply stupid, try being fat during your teen years you will understand the extent of bullying that happens.
