New dawn

For the first time in years, the sun shone over the lands that had remained in the ash-shadow. The wind caressed the falling ash, lifting it slightly before scattering it far from the fields and mountains. The world was finally breathing freely.

Eren stood on a high hill overlooking the valley where their final battle had taken place. The wind moved gently around him, while fire flickered in Leylin's eyes as she stood beside him, contemplating the land they had saved together.

Leylin said, her voice filled with determination and relief, "The nightmare is over... but now the hardest part begins."

Eren nodded, looking skyward. "The Shadows are gone... but we'll need to rebuild everything from scratch."

Below, survivors of the battle, along with the Shadowhunter squads and the tribes that had joined them, were already working to clear the rubble, build the first tents for the wounded, and light the kindling the valley had not seen in ages.

Kieran, Maera, and Rhain, along with the rest of the allies, gathered around Eren and Leylin. With a smile, Rhain said, "We will not allow the Shadows to return. We will establish a system that will protect this land."

Maera added, raising her hand, "We will plant hope again. We will replant the land that was burned, and rebuild the cities."

Looking at Eren, Kieran said, "You are the one who liberated this land, Eren... you must lead the coming age of wind and fire."

Eren was silent for a moment, feeling the weight of the words on his shoulders, but also the power of the wind surrounding him, as if the earth itself gave him strength. He turned to Leylin, who looked at him confidently.

In a calm, clear voice, Eren said, "I will not lead alone... we will lead together. Wind and fire... we will ensure that the world never returns to ash."

That night, everyone gathered around a large fire in the middle of the valley, where they cooked their first communal meal and shared laughter as the young children ran around, waving their hands in the air, no longer afraid of shadows.

Lylin stood near the fire, raised her hand, and let a small flame into the air, lighting up the sky like a new star. The children laughed as they saw the light, while the adults felt that this small flame was the promise of a new age.

Glancing at the fire, Eren said, "This flame... is the beginning of a new age. An age of wind and fire."

The next dawn, the first expeditions set out to reconnect with other regions, gather survivors, reorganize the fields, and repair the ash-flooded rivers. The Wind Castle became a planning center, and the Fire Watch, led by Lylin, began training protection teams to ensure safety.

The road had not been easy; the wounds ran deep, and the land needed work, but hope was evident in the eyes, and faith that this age would be different.

Eren and Leylin stood on the balcony of the Castle of the Winds at night, watching the clear sky, where the stars long hidden by shadows appeared.

Leylin said, holding his hand, "It will be a long road... but we will walk it together."

Eren smiled and said, "Together... until the end... until the ashes never return."

And so, at the dawn of a new day, with the first breeze fanning the sacred fire in the heart of the valley, the Age of Wind and Fire began, an age that promised the end of the shadows and the beginning of new hope for a land that had finally earned peace.
