ROMAN
The silence in my office felt heavy, suffocating, as the pieces fell into place. Bianca Hayes. Blair Silverfang. Vaughn's daughter. Every revelation was another punch to the gut, forcing me to question everything I thought I knew about the past six years.
I studied Vanessa's face across from me. The shock in her eyes mirrored my own.
"I need to know everything about Vaughn," she said. "If Bianca is his daughter, I need to understand what happened."
I nodded, walking to the window. Outside, pack members went about their day, oblivious to the earthquake happening in this room.
"Vaughn was my father's right hand for years," I began. "As Gamma, he enforced pack law. He was...ruthless. Effective."
"What changed?"
I turned to face her. "My father caught him executing rogues without trial. Not just fighters—women and children."
Vanessa's face paled. "Goddess."
