Logic/marketing - A LITRPG

Eli Kingstone is manager in Multronex enterprises, a game company. He's been assigned to work on the game known as "Battalions Frontier Online". It is a massive VR MMORPG. When they finally finish making the game. The game becomes reality! While others like players and producers know every nook and cranny of the game he has a problem. He's the marketing/Logistics director! The only things he knows about it is from the ads and most code as he helped with that too. Just marketing and logistics is a bit mean because he did nearly everything else too.
