Creepy guy

Feeling her body being raised in the arms of a strong man, Lana's face flushed red

"I...I can walk" she said her voice sounding like a squeak

Kairos ignored her, walking into the bathroom he dropped her on a stool by the tub, taking a hold of her cloth

"Let go" he said calmly

Lana panicked, she didn't let the female maids touch her, there is no way in hell she was going to let a man touch her either, she'd rather die, she thought Gripping the fabric harder.

Kairos frowned at her resistance, he would have killed her for wasting his time or drowned her in the tub but for some reason he was patiently waiting for her to release the cloth

"Let go" he said his voice getting deeper

"I...I can bathe myself" Lana whispered closing her eyes, she clutched the cloth harder, making her knuckles turn red. Kairos narrowed his eyes

"Fine then" he let go of the dress, "go ahead and bathe" he said walking towards another stool, taking a sit he crossed his arms and leg staring at her

Lana was about to let out a sigh of relief but she held her breath seeing him making himself comfortable on another stool, she concluded that this guy was nuts, how could he sit comfortably while a girl is about to take a bath

Sitting still she didn't move a muscle, silence clouded the steamy room, Kairos watched her not doing anything, his patience finally snapped

"What are you doing" he said holding back his annoyance

Lana whipped her head to his direction "I...uh...well"

"Are you not going to bathe, or do you want me to do it for you"

"The water will get cold soon and its a hassle telling the maids to prepare another one" he said

Lana gulped down, mustering every bit of confidence in her cells "then please leave" she muttered

Kairos paused looking at her "why should I?" He asked

Taken aback by the question Lana sat silent, she had confirmed that this man was a nut job, how would a normal person ask for a reason to give a woman privacy in the bathroom

"How would I know, you wouldn't try to runaway from here if I left you alone" Kairos said, gazing at her

He was right, if she knew a way out of this place telling him to leave her alone would have been a great opportunity to escape but looking around the only opening was a small window at the top of the wall to let in ventilation and take out steam, there was no way she would fit through that

"I...I won't t...try to escape, I promise, y...you could station guards in front of the bathroom door" Lana replied praying she sounded convincing

Narrowing his eyes Kairos gaze could have burnt through her forehead, it's not like she could escape even if he left the room, he already cast a spell if she tried to leave with magic she would be electrocuted and if she tried to runaway a barrier won't let her leave the bathroom

"Okay then" he said standing up

"It's not like you could runaway from me if you tried"

A smirk gracing his lips, he left the bathroom finally leaving her alone.

Lana let out a sigh of relief, finally she could bathe without anyone trying to touch her or watch her, taking of the torn garment, she dipped herself into the wooden tub of water

Sighing at the comfort of warm water touch her skin, she could finally breathe a little without the fear of dying, looking around she wondered where she was, she has never heard of this place and everything seemed so ancient even the bathtub

She had to find a way to escape, before the crazy guy decides to have her head, "Anna would be looking for me" she said sighing

"Until I find a way out of here I just have to stay alive"

Finally scrubbing of the dirt off her body, she picked up the torn cloth and wrapped it around her body, stepping into the room, a dress was placed on the bed for her

Lana looked around wondering if the scary man was anywhere in the room, she wanted to be sure that creep wasn't watching her, quickly picking up the dress she put it on

As soon as she was well dressed Kairos walked into the room alarming her

"Hey can't you knock" she yelled at him, realizing what she just did she covered her mouth with her hands

Hearing what she said Kairos walked slowly towards, with a smile on his face, Lana shut her eyes cursing her impulsive mouth, she was supposed to be trying to stay alive not actively trying to get herself killed

"I...I'm sorry I didn't mean to"

"I didn't realize I had to knock in my own palace" he whispered right into her ears, the smile still on his lips

Her eyes shot open, she didn't realize when he got so close, her cheeks dyed red "I...I didn't"

Seeing her so flustered made him want to tease her more,inhaling her she smelt heavenly

Looking down at her neck, he saw that her skin had finally regained colour, standing up straight he looked down at her "shall we eat"

Lana nodded slowly still flustered from the feeling of his hot breath on her neck
