EPISODE 7: "AISHA'S STRUGGLES"

*Aisha's POV:*

I sat in the classroom, surrounded by the hum of fluorescent lights and the murmur of my classmates. My mind wandered to the upcoming exams, and I felt a knot of anxiety in my stomach. I had always struggled with math, and this exam was crucial for my future.

As the teacher handed out the practice sheets, I felt a sense of dread wash over me. I stared at the equations, my mind going blank. I knew I needed to focus, but my thoughts kept drifting to Maya's art competition.

"Aisha, are you okay?" my friend whispered, noticing my frustration.

I nodded, trying to hide my struggles. "Yeah, I'm just having a bit of trouble with this equation."

But the truth was, I was struggling with more than just math. I was struggling to balance my schoolwork and my part-time job, all while supporting Maya with her art. I felt like I was being pulled in too many directions, and I didn't know how to keep up.

*Maya's POV:*

I watched Aisha struggle with her math homework, feeling a pang of guilt. I knew she was working hard to support me with my art, and I wanted to return the favor.

"Hey, Aisha, let me help you with that," I said, taking a seat next to her.

Aisha smiled, relief washing over her face. "Thanks, Maya. I really appreciate it."

Together, we worked through the equations, and I explained the concepts in a way that made sense to her. I could see the understanding dawn on her face, and it gave me a sense of satisfaction.

*Fatima's POV:*

As I watched my daughters study and work together, I felt a sense of pride and worry. I

knew Aisha was struggling, and I wanted to support her. But I also knew that she needed to find her own path and learn to overcome her challenges.

"Girls, don't forget to take breaks and rest," I said, bringing them a snack and some water. "You need to take care of yourselves, too."

Aisha smiled, her eyes tired but grateful. "Thanks, Maa. We're almost done."

I nodded, knowing that they were working hard. But I also knew that they couldn't do it alone.

We needed to work together as a family to support each other and overcome our struggles.

*Aisha's POV (continued):*

As I worked through the equations with Maya, I felt a sense of gratitude towards her. She was always there for me, supporting me and helping me through tough times.

But as we finished up and I closed my textbook, I couldn't shake off the feeling of anxiety that lingered inside me. I knew I still had a long way to go, and I wasn't sure if I could keep up.
