Broken.

We walked as the girls kept on conversing but I couldn't really keep up with them since my whole mood was immediately broken the moment it had just risen . That realm door idea had really got my hopes up and just like a crashing plane. It was of no use since they would only drop me to death.

I sighed as i continued walking whereas i kept holding the uncomfortable long dress , my mind deep in thoughts. Every time I got myself into a mad pile , I used to find out the way out easily . Okay not that easy , but still not this hard but this time . This time I feel like I'm still caged although I'm out of that cage , and sadly I don't have any idea on how to free myself not even my stubborn companion dragon does .

" Aren't I right, Reina ? Reina . ...Reina are you okay ? " Haley suddenly asked as they all turned , looking at me optimistically and breaking me out of the trance i was . That had caused me to walk slower than all of them and being behind.

I moved my eyes from one to another trying to discover what exactly she was talking about and to be honest I couldn't piss it together. " Sorry , I got a little lost in my thoughts. What were you saying again ."

" Reina , I was asking about shoes . Madison and i were debating about neaker shoes and ladies heels . But that not the point now . You have been extremely quiet since we came from the realms door tower . Are you okay ? " Haley asked and I immediately nodded yes .

" I'm okay Haley , but I guess I'm just a little tired . And that's all . please let's continue with the walk cause every second I'm spending standing my legs are getting more and more painful . I'm not really used to this sort of exercise. " I said and she smiled and walked again but this time Kiran walked back to me and held on to my hand with hers . " Would you mind if you gave me a minute or two . I would like to talk about something . " She asked me but yet in a low voice so that the rest didn't get to hear .

I stopped from a moment and glared at her . Curious about what she really wanted to tell me . Cause from what I have noticed lately, she's the silent one on the team .

"Guys, I will wait for her to take a rest . How about we catch up with you after wards . " She suggested and when they looked at me asking for my permission I quickly granted by nodding in confirmation and they didn't wait for more. They all went back to their walk and I turned back a questioning eye to Kiran .

" Firstly I , apologies for stopping you but ..... but..." She said and took a breath . To be honest it was obvious she was afraid of speaking what she wanted . But I don't know why cause I don't think I have given her any reason to be . I mean I haven't been anything like rude or mean to her.

" Kiran , spit it out . " I encouraged .

She sighed once more and then said.

" Luna , i mean Reina , I kinda of noticed your past mood when we entered and how your face turned pale and the intothiasim you used in the questions you were asking back there when Haley said that the door to the human ream led to Antarctica . I hope you don't take it offensive , but . Did you have any thoughts of leaving to the human realm ? I mean I could be of help after all you

She was a smart one indeed . " Haley , has anyone ever told you that you're smart ? " I asked as she smiled and nodded .

" Yeah , I get that a lot. But it didn't take a genius to notice . I guess my friends were just not paying attention to you and that's all . But they too would have figured it out. "

I slowly stareded to the small bench that was set on my right and sighed . I don't know why but something inside me was telling me to trust and open myself to her . Besides i really needed someone to talk to at the moment .

" Kiran , your suspicion is right. I want to get back to the human world . Infact as soon as I can get the chance . " I said as she also sat besides me . And immediately cut me short . 

" But , why ? Aren't you feeling comfortable enough with the place ? and the alpha prince isn't he going to need you ? " She asked both at the same time and if only I didn't stop her . I bet she would have asked another question.

" No , it's not about the place . The place is really beautiful , homely and everything any one would dream of . But it's not my home . In my arrival here wasn't even intended . It....it was all a wired mistake that happened due to my silly desire for exploring the unknown .

I have a family back at the human realm and I bet they are frying their brains looking for me at the moment . "

" What , you have kids . But you look way too young to have one . " She said suddenly in a shocked tone .

" What , who said anything about kids . Family . I meant . My mum , dad and brothers . I'm not married or anything of sort . And now listen and please stop interrupting me . " I scolded and she smiled out of relief and nodded.

" My poor mum must be in tears . And besides . I too don't think I belong here . Unlike my family I'm not a werewolf . And I doubt the wolves will be so happy about having a dragon for Luna . And from the story I just hard about the dragons I doubt wolves even want to associate with them . I mean crying out loud they caged them . And ever since I started walking with you guys on this compound and gardens I haven't even stopped one single dragon. I.... I think even this whole mate thing is a big mistake . Cause even if I were to look past others opinions of me . I myself don't want it to be this way .

I mean seriously . How can i forget about my family and make seach a big decision such as dropping my past life and staying in a way different world for a guy I barely know . I don't even love but feel attracted to his charms and the stupid mate bond pulls . " I explained .

" But that's your fate . You're fated to be his queen and our Luna although you still have doubts about it . I know they will soon end and you will see that the moon goddess doesn't make mistakes when making mates . " She replied but her words reminded me of the topic that me and my brothers always debated about .

" That . That thing you guys call fate is exactly my problem. I believe we al have that right to choose whom we get to spend the rest of our lives with . And the moon goddess doesn't have that right. Or at least not on me i will choose to be with whoever I feel I love and need besides me not whom she wants . Cause this is my life and I will not permit anyone to make decisions for me not even fate . " I answered angrily and got up to leave but she was fast enough to hold my hand stopping me.

" Wait . You don't need to be furious or walk away . I wanted to listen to you . And.. . and to be helpful and supportive in any way I can not judge you . If you are not okay with what the moon goddess has given then it's fine . And it's definitely up to you . We have definitely got no right to tell you where to stay or leave . Because this is your home and not a prison.". She said and I quick pulled her into a hug . It was atleast comforting to find someone who understands me . I really thought she was going to stand with there Prince at one moment. .

" So , tell me . Have you already informed the Prince of your decision ? " She said as she guestured me to seat back at the bench .

"Yeah , I already tried breaking the bond but he refused to tell me his names and all I hear you guys call him is prince, prince, prince and alpha. " I said disappointed and she chuckled .

" It's because only those from the royal family are aloud to call him by name . But I can tell you his names though I don't think they'll be of much use to you . "

"Why ?"

" Cause , I doubt he's going to accept it . And breaking the mate bond requires both mates approval. And I doubt any wolf in his right mind would accept your rejection . "

" What ?who made that crazy rule , and what was she even thinking ?"

" Well , the rule rarely affects mates because we wolves most times submit to the mate bond choice. Thus cases like yours are rare."

" Well then I will force him to break it himself . " I said as I made my thinking face .

" I don't know what you're thinking but let me hope you won't take it too hard him . Because his not a bad person . He just seems rude and arrogant at times but deep down he has a good heart hidden behind that cold face of his . "

" Well , I guess that will depend on him . I almost forgot to ask . Do you know any elderly around this place or someone who knows about old staff ? I need him to help me with my ring . "

" What , ring exactly? "

" Oh , I almost forgot you didn't know. I had a ring. A magical ring now I know and it's the one that teleported me here . But there's only one problem using it . I don't have it's manual. Alpha Lorance took it from me when I was detained but when I talked to the Prince . He said he would see that i get it back from him .

Thus , I thought that I would definitely need someone with knowledge of the oldies or something of sort . Since now i definitely can't use the realms door . I basically have another option. "

" Sorry I don't know any one but the other choice you actually you do have one . "

" What ? But , how ? "

" Alpha Prince , he can teleport throughout all realms . "

" Really , but ... but how is it possible for him to ?"

" The late Luna Queen was Elf and in fact a a Very powerful one . And I guess he got some of his powers from her . "

"Wow , quite the lucky fella . He gets to have the powers and skips the ears . " I said and we both chuckled .

Hum, so I just have to do is to get on the annoying prince's goody goody side and then he will take me back . If only if knew that in the start . I wouldn't be stressing out myself thinking of other ways to get out of here. This is not going to be so simple but at least it's worth a try..

" Common Kiran . Let's catch up with the girls I bet they're already getting curious of what we are doing .

" Okay . But . Once we get at the palace let's first pass by my room. I might have something less long and wide . That dress seems a little.....

" Too much . Don't remind me am struggling to walk here . And I think it is also one of the reasons why my legs are extra tired . "

"Common let's get those lazy legs to work. . "

We walked through and we had finally reached the palace . We walked heading up as we finished the stairs.. their were two hall ways one leading to the rooms and another leading to a group of others and people moving up and down and unlike the rooms side .

"Kiran, where's this side heading . " I asked curiously
