" I don't think that the queen would dare to do search a thing . It would be a direct call for battle between both realms . But who has as much powers as the chosen one herself . " Mark said frustrated .

" I don't know . I should be taking my leave now. With your permission ." Paris said.

"Okay, Paris. You can leave. " Raymond replied .

" So did you guys manage to find anything about the roughs ? " Mark asked.

" Not much yet but I'm working on it. "Raymond replied .

" How about your mate ? she seems to be quite a piece of work. I must say?" Mark said and they both chuckled a little.

" Yeah , she is. But it I like it in a way. You know one of the things I find different in her, is the way she isn't afraid to face me."

" Well I wish you luck . Cause if It were me I would want a submissive mate rather than a rebel . Trust me they're better that way . " Mark replied .

" Maybe but mine is clearly miles away from that. She even wanted to break our mate bond earlier . Just because I told her that she has a lot of responsibility here with me . Her mate . "

" See what I told you . If I were you I wouldn't waste my time being soft and patient with her because the next thing she will be doing won't be a good suprise for you . After all she belongs to you . You should tame her . "

" I know that but I can't keep her caged if I want her to love me . It seems she isn't even interested in having a mate . "

" And how is that your concern . After all it wasn't you who chose her your self . It was the moon goddess . And shouldn't she play hard to get with you . Yet she also needs you. "

" Mark you don't understand this . She isn't from this realm and I doubt she even knows that she needs me . But either way . Living in the human realm doesn't require her to have much energy. Thus it's I who is mostly gaining to have her as a mate . "

" I noticed her aura, it's unusually strong it must indicate that she's a powerful supernatural. After all she bet up my wife and daughter like they were a bunch of warrior trainees . How embarrassing!" Mark said intentionally reminding Raymond of his wife Saline that was in the dungeons.

Raymond sighed and gave a serious look at him . "Mark I will let Saline get back home tomorrow but I need you to keep her in line . If she dares to alter even a smallest bad comment on her future Luna. I will not forgive her . Be sure to let her know . "

" Alpha the boy is crying and demanding to see you . I don't know how to calm him . Please Alpha ,if possible can I bring him to you. " Madison asked through the mind link. Interrupting the conversation.

" Calm him down, and meet me in the dinning hall shortly. " He replied and broke the link.

" Thanks Raymond . I will make sure she doesn't do anything stupid . . " Mark replied happily..

" I have to go. " Raymond replied and got up from his father's bed side he was seated.

"I'll see you later . Inform me as soon as there's any change or up dates on dad's condition . And not to forget this news mustn't be heard any were else . " Raymond said.

" As you command . But you very well know that tomorrow is the council's summit . I will need to give them their leader or a reason for his absence . And from the looks of it the king might not have regained enough strength to get there .

And besides. Even if he was they don't need to suspect him weak and vulnerable . We still can't trust anyone on that council . Our enemy might be along the members . " Mark explained .

" I understand . Then I guess I will have to seat in for him . " Raymond replied.

" They will of course be curious . Once you do . And they will obviously ask questions. "

" Don't worry about that . One who wouldn't stand me sitting in for him will be automatically challenging me. And I doubt any of them would dare to do that. " Raymond said and vanished as soon as he was done .

He got down to the dining hall and found the boy and Madison seated at one of the seats on the royals huge dining table but as soon as she noticed him Madison quickly got up .

" Raymond, you're okay . " The boy said and quickly ran to his arms. He lifted him on his hands as he continuously wrapped his tiny hands around his neck .

" I told you that I was going to come back to you . " He said to Damian the, boy.

"Yes but that's what Carlos also said . But he hasn't come back . " Damian said .

" Don't worry about Carlos we are going to find him , you don't have to be afraid ."

" Thanks Raymond. "

"Now I need you to go with Madison . She's going to take you to some new friends and you will have eats drinks anything you and your friends will ask for . It's going to be fun . But you have to keep discipline and listen to each and every thing J tells you . Okay . " Raymond said and Damian nodded his head obediently .

" But will you be there. I want you to be with us so that you will protect me and my new friends . " Damian suggested.

" I wish I could but I have to first search for Carlos and your other friends . I need to save them from the bad men too . Don't you think " Raymond said and Damian's smile faded instantly. 

" Don't worry kid . You're going to be friends with the guys . They are also very strong and will protect you . Until I get back . "

" Madison , Nate will be sending you the address . Where the kids and members of the Riverside moon pack that survived the will be . They are going to need help with the settlement and supplies . Make sure to take a number of what they are in need of. And don't forget to tell more girls to lend a hand . "

Raymond ordered not realising that his words hit Madison hard . She had called him hoping that he would free her of the boy by taking him from her . Not giving her more charity work . Others having problems was the very least of her concerns . And to make matters worse , she would have to spend her entire time with kids . Which she found are very annoying and irritating . She clenched her jaws as he spoke and bowed in respect and as a sign of approval .

" Report to me as soon as you're done . " Raymond added and walked away .

Madison grabbed little Damian's hand and pulled him with force as soon as Raymond was out of sight .

" Ouch , you're holding my hand too tight Madison . Please let me go. It hurts . Damian said as he struggled to get his hand out of her grip.

" Shut up and walk. " Was all Madison answered and pulled him along with her .

Raymond walked to his room in order to get some rest ,but as he bypassed the room he had given to Reina his mind went immediately to her and how beautiful and relaxing he and his wolf found her scent to be . He smiled realising that it had only been a few minutes since he was holding her in his arms and he was already missing her .

He entered into the room and fell on the bed facing the ceiling and chandelier. Deep in thoughts and all the memories from he and Reina had shared in just a single day and above all the feeling of he felt whenever he kissed her . He remembered the time she challenged him to keep her as his mate and how stubborn and rebellious he found her to be . Causing a small smile on his face . 

" Alpha , we have a problem at the hospital ." He had a voice breaking him from his thoughts . Through his pack mind link .

" What is it." He asked as he got up and sat upright . 

" The prisoner . He , he escaped. But we are currently searching everywhere for him ."Carter said. His voice sounded to be in fear and shock . Which he did intentionally so that Raymond would buy his lies and skim .

" How did it happen . I left you in charge of his security . What if he hurts someone else ? "

" That won't happen Alpha . I'm searching for him and I'm going to get him no Matter what happens . " Carter said.

" I'm coming there but you better have a good answer Carter . You better. " Raymond said and instantly got up .

He quickly run towards his motorbike scince he had used up much of his energy that day . And couldn't activate his teleportation . He drove at a first speed till

" What happened here his voice bolted through the silent hospital hall where all his warriors were standing in thoughts . They all quickly went on their knees and the sound of their racing hearts was being heard by both their ears and his.

"Carter get up ." Raymond commanded and Carter got up instantly. But kept his head lowered to face his shoes . Out of fear that looking him directly in the eyes would stand like a challenge to his furious raging Wolf. He wanted to fight him but not head on . Because he knew Raymond was way stronger than he could ever dream to be .

" Explain Carter . What the hell happened . How could a sick man escape from your guard. I expected you to do something sensible , how could you let me down this much?" Raymond asked furiously .

" I'm sorry Alpha , I wasn't in place buy the time he moved out. I guess he might have realised it and taken advantage of that fact . " Carter replied causing Raymond to hold him by the neck and collided him to the wall . 

" How dare you ? How dare you speak such nonsense to me. Hah "Raymond asked asked as Carter struggled to get out of his grip unable to breathe . His face starting to turn red as he's hands continuously tried to pull on Raymond's hand which was literally killing him .

" Alpha please , I have a reason for my mistake please . " Carter pleaded and Raymond threw him to the ground after a few seconds . He coughed as he held his neck trying to adjust his breathing until he realised that Raymond was still standing and very much waiting for his answer or else this was just the start of his torture .

" I had a talk with that man before he escaped . He told.....me that . Their was going to be an attack on the Luna . And that they were keeping the kids they kidnapped at this address . " Carter said and quickly got a piece of paper he had stalled earlier just so his lie would come out right when time reached to give it to Raymond .

" I left Ivan..... My most trusted young warrior trainee in charge of the rest since all the senior warriors I mind linked were busy with the Riverside moon park scandal . I thought he would be able to manage it but the freak must have asked to be taken to the bathroom . And innocent ivan took him alone . Because that's where we found him laying unconscious on the floor . " Cater explained his fake side of the story.

Raymond didn't look very certified with the explanation but at the moment he knew none of the other young warriors would dare to change or say anything that wasn't

relating to their training commander . Thus he decided to keep his doubt for later .

" Why didn't you inform me that you found the kids ?" He asked as Carter got back to his knees .

" I didn't, want to bother you with false info . That's why I decided to first be sure before giving you any miss info just as it was . The address he gave was just leading to an empty were house . " Carter stated .

Raymond sighed and rubbed the tip of his nose in irritation trying to cool down him self and not to hurt Carter his childhood friend and third in command and mind linked to his beta .

" Nate find me the best hunters group . And Instruct them to search for the man I'm going to send his picture. Tell them to scout in the areas near the main hospital and tell the border patroling team to keep a tight security . And make sure not even a bat crosses unnoticed . "

" Yes , Alpha . I'll get right on it. He couldn't have gone far unless he got help from someone. " Nate replied and Raymond broke the link .

" Carter lets go . The rest divide into three teams . One stays searching for him here in the hospital , another perimeters around the hospital and the remaining one keep your eyes peeled in the nearing city . Just incase he has reached that far. Jack is coming and you're going to report to him if there's any update. " Raymond ordered and they all bowed their heads in submission and agreement.

" How about me ? I would also like to be of help since after all, this was my mistake. " Carter suggested.

"You're going to be of just as much help as the remaining team . " Raymond replied.

" You're going to describe... The man's identity to the artist. . " Raymond said and Carter felt his heart almost skipping out of his chest due to shock and fright. He hadn't planned on how he would get out of this one unlike his other statements.
