Sera lunged towards him, her body moving like a blur.

Levi prepared to block. He raised his sword slightly to his left.

It was a feint, he realised, but it was too late.

Sera had already delivered an attack at his blind spot.

Levi was pushed back, his clothes tearing slightly.

He cleaned the blood on the wound with a part of the torn clothes.

Calmly, he took his blade to his left hand and raised the right one.

Instantly, essence began to condense into a fluid blade form.

Water Crescent Slash, he said.

He slashed towards Sera's charging body.

Sera easily countered with her halberd, but that was not all; Levi had sent several others towards her.

Sera slowed down and swung her halberd in a cross shape.

Her strike clashed with Levi's, cutting them down easily.

Levi quickly returned his sword to his right hand and darted towards her while releasing thread around the place.

Don't expect those to hold me down this time, Sera said as she also ran towards him.

We won't know unless we try, Levi responded with a smirk.

Boom, they clashed, sending sparks and cracks around the place.

They withdrew their weapons and struck again.

Levi made an upward slash, and Sera countered with a sweep of her halberd.

Levi dropped his sword immediately, not wanting to create an opening Sera could use.

Decisive, he saw through my trick and dropped his sword.

Essence formed into an Aqua Blade as Levi slashed, Sera instinctively raised her halberd, expecting a ranged arc. But instead, Levi made use of the opening to thrust her with his Aqua Blade.

As the blade hit Sera, it dispelled.

Sera just smiled.

With a wave of her halberd, the bottom part hit Levi hard on his head, sending him flying across the room.

As Levi's body was about to crash, a thread held him and dropped him calmly.

Good thing I anticipated this.

Sera did not even give him enough time to catch his breath; she had already followed with another attack.

She launched into the sky and slammed into the unaware Levi.

The force generated from the crash launched Levi into the air.

Sera readied her halberd to strike again, but Levi's body was moved to the right, and he landed softly.

Your chance of hitting me has been reduced again, he said as the last thread wrapped around his hand.

You think, Sera said with sarcasm.

With a single sweep, Sera's halberd severed every thread in the room like ribbons.

Levi furrowed his brow when he saw this.

He released more threads, but this time not to attack or move.

Sera looked at Levi in the distance.

Remember this moment as when I fought with you fully for the first time, she said, as she floated into the air. Then, with a snap of fingers, several spears materialised, floating behind her calmly.

Levi counted each one and gasped.

200, and each one is twice as powerful as Water Crescent Slash.

But, Levi smiled. I wouldn't go down without a fight.

He returned his sword to his storage.

Levi did not answer and continued to gather essence in his sword.

Sera waved her hands down casually, and the spears sped towards Levi at a terrifying speed.

As the first one entered his range, he countered with a ranged slash.

Then, he released several others at once, each one destroying a spear and causing explosions around.

The last spear reached him, but by this time, Levi was already exhausted.

As the explosion cleared, Levi's bloodied body was revealed, lying with ragged breaths.

Medic, Sera called out, and 7 maids ran into the room as if they knew about it earlier.

Take these, she said calmly, then threw two scrolls at them.

Give them to him when he wakes up.

The girl that caught it bowed, and left the room with the rest, carrying Levi's body along on a strectcher.
