“Moros was just a branch,” Sable muttered, scanning the data Nora had recovered. “The core hub’s still operational.”
“Where?” Cyrus asked.
Sable tapped the screen. “Northern zone. Mount Rael’s base. It’s not labeled ‘Moros’—they call it *Project Sanctum*.”
“Sounds holy,” Lyall said. “Bet it’s hell.”
“It’s worse,” Nora said, standing at the head of the room. “That’s where they built the first Archangel vaults.”
Everyone went silent.
Cyrus leaned forward. “The source.”
Nora nodded. “The blueprint for Reversion. All the mutant bloodlines. Including mine.”
Marius crossed his arms. “Why haven’t we hit it before?”
“Because no one knew it existed,” Sable said. “It’s protected by a rotating death squad and anti-aerial net. No approach from above. No tunnels underneath.”
“Then we go through the front,” Nora said.
Lyall blinked. “You serious?”
Cyrus spoke calmly. “We won’t get past the gate alive.”
