[ALPHA Dominic’s Point of View]
I was on my way to the pack house.
My eyes were focused on the road while my mind was on Samantha and my kids. Feathers appeared on the muscles of my jaw as I ground my teeth. I couldn’t leave them when things like this happened in the pack. Liam was right. It was worse than we imagined, and the first thing I had to ensure was my family's safety.
Twenty minutes before I got to the manor, something caught my attention. My brows furrowed as I recognized the car parked in front of an old, dilapidated building that was once a public community library. The building was destroyed by an earthquake three years ago, and I decided not to use it again. I built a new one in the heart of the city, where it was much closer to public schools and universities.
I couldn’t be mistaken. That car was Richard Bennett’s.
What is this old man hiding from me?
