Second Trails, Swordsman Run

Cian had just woken up a little bit ago, went straight to practice magic, trying to successfully make a fire wall instead of this fire tornado that happens every time.

It kind of worked; he was able to make a fire barrier, not really a wall, but he threw his sword at it after putting it in front of him instead of on him, and it bounced back.

[Second Trail begins in five hours]

Cian smiled to himself as he wanted to try out his new skill, swordsmanship, as he picked up his sword.

He began to seemingly swing the sword, but even though he was just a novice, even he could tell it was much better than how he was swinging his sword like a madman in the tutorial.

Cian practiced that sword for about two hours. After two hours, he went and tried meditating again, but this time, instead of meditating with a clear mind, he chased the power inside his body, trying to find where the element derives from.

But he couldn't find it, so he then decided to activate Elementalist, and they then appeared in front of him, particles of red every in his mind as he began to put his hand out and try and use fireball, he saw that the mana particles in his head made the shape of a fireball before it disappeared and appeared in his hand.

Cian had opened his eyes, but this fireball was different; it was perfect, unlike the practice fireball he had made earlier, as he let it release, and it hit the wall.

It was a perfect, ball-looking scorch in the wall

Cian looked at the wall before looking over at the text, as he quickly went into his profile and checked the sub-skills for Elementalist.

Cian sees the question mark, taps on it.

Cian taps on the fireball skill and reads its description.

[Fireball - Due to making a perfect fireball using your mana and mind, you have received fireball as a gift]

[All fire-related magics can become skills as long as they are perfect, but a lot of them are harder than fireball to try and perfect]

[Not recommended since you can already use all the elements, so getting these as skills is useless to you]

Cian looks at his hand and activates fireball again.

He then gets up and shoots it at the wall again but testing to see if he can stop his magic. Right before the fireball hit the wall, he tried to stop it.

But it doesn't stop, it just hits the wall.

Cian sighed, kind of disappointed, but what could he say? At least he could shoot a fireball; your normal person can't do that.

[Second Trails begin in two hours]

Cian begins to practice swordsmanship again for the next two hours, before checking the inventory, to see what else was put in their from the tutorial.

[Katana, Beef Jerky, Book] 

Cian closed the inventory, then reopened it and made sure he read that right as he reached the interface and pulled out the book.

Cian then swishes his hand, making the interface go away as he puts the katana on the bed and opens the book.

After about 4 hours, he had finished the book.

It was just a fantasy book about a man who had been reborn into a world of magic and swords and had the knowledge of science and used that to build a civilization with technology enhanced with magic.

*It was a fun read,* Cian thought to himself. 

[Second Trail has begun]

[Y/N]

Cian had pressed yes and been teleported to seemingly a whole different world. It had trees, but it was surrounded by wolf-looking creatures with blue glowing stripes and sharp fangs that seemingly went straight through their jaws.

"Rahhh." Almost all of the creatures made the same sound as they roared, it seemed to invoke fear into Cian's body, but only for about a second, as Cian unsheathed his sword, dashing towards one of the creatures, before jumping on top of it's head and jumping into a tree but before jumping he had stabbed it in the head.

Sitting on top of a tree, he could see where they were all at, kind of the trees were blocking some of them.

Cian closed his eyes for a second.

[Elementalist {F} - Activated]

Cian raised his finger as a fireball appeared in it, and he threw the fireball at one of the tempic wolves, but missed and ended up hitting a tree as all the trees in the forest began to light on fire.

Cian jumped down from the tree, cause he was no longer safe if it was spreading from tree to tree. Landing on top of one of the tempic wolves, he swung his sword down, decapitating the head of the wolf.

He then flipped off the wolf, ending up in the middle of all the wolves.

Cian then ran towards the smallest amount of wolves in a line before kicking one in the head, causing it to fly a little to the side, and he jabbed his inside of the roaring wolf's mouth, causing it to go threw the roof of its mouth. 

He then turned around after removing the sword from the roof of the tempic wolf's mouth and ran towards the one on the ground, dashing towards it, stabbing it into the ground.

He then removed the sword from its stomach, he swung the sword sideways, as it flung blood onto the floor.

Rushing towards another five of the wolves, he reels his arm backwards and shoves the sword into one of the five's heads, and then runs and jumps off of the wolf's head, as he puts his hand up in the air and shoots a fireball at the other four, successfully killing two of them that were beside each other.

He begins to land, but one of the last two in the group jumps at him, and he once again goes for a jab with the sword in his hand, which is successful, but the blade doesn't stop the chop, as he was bitten in the arm.

He doesn't have time to pull his sword out of the wolf's mouth as the other one rushes over and bites him in the shoulder.

"AHHHHH" Cian begins to scream as it continues to maul on his flesh until he is finally able to pull the sword out of the other wolf's mouth and shoves it in the head of the wolf biting him, but due to him stabbing its head, he also stabbed through his arm.

He removes the sword while breathing heavily.

[Activating Skill - Speedy Regeneration]

Cian begins to look at his body as the open wounds begin to close.

He went from deep breathing to cackling, the power getting to his head for a second.

But then he returned to normal as he realized that he may be able to heal fast, but he won't be able to heal from a claw to the heart or a fang to the jugular.

But since this was the first time he used regeneration.

He then quits being cautious of getting an injury; he wasn't stupid enough to allow himself to get bitten anywhere, an area that could kill him.

Cian begins walking towards the rest of the wolves with a smile on his face, but his mind is working in overdrive, contemplating on whatever blows he should take and those he should dodge.

The wolves begin charging him as he sees the claw of one of the wolves going for his left arm. He dodges and slashes his sword down the middle of the wolf's stomach, as more blood falls onto his arm, but this time it wasn't his.

He then watches as another one runs up on him, going for a bite. It seemed to be going for his arm, so he let it hit as he stabbed the sword through the bottom of the wolf's jaw.

"Ahhhh," Cian still cried out as it hurt like hell, but at least it was dead now.

Cian then began looking at the rest of them, blood still dripping down his arm.

The wounds begin to heal up once again. Meanwhile, the remaining wolves begin to tremble in what seems to be fear, but could also be excitement. He hoped it was fear.
