Parallel Operator, Magic Growth, Rage

Cian opened his eyes after taking a nap. He got up and did the only thing he could do: train; he ran 15 laps around the small white room, where the lobby took place.

After running, he does some push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, before sitting down and rereading the book he had in his inventory. After a while, he came across a passage in the novel where the main character was using gravity magic to keep an enemy in place and then used a fireball to burn the guy alive.

"Oh yeah, I've heard about this multicasting from one of my brother's games," Cian said to himself, so he got up and decided to try it. He activated a fireball in one hand and tried to reactivate it in the other.

*Maybe, not fireball, cause I already have it as a skill, so it's probably easier to make multiple* Cian thought to himself as he decided to use the already fireballs in his hand and manipulate one into a fire arrow and the other he tries something new as he grabs his sword and uses it as a layout manipulating his mana to coat the sword, he then dropped the sword and what was left was a sword of fire which quickly dissipated cause he didn't make it right.

[The Third Trail starts in 3 hours]

Cian sits on the floor waiting. He begins meditating with Elementalist activated.

As he sees the red particles again, but this time he also sees green ones, while he tries to manipulate the red ones again, successfully making four fire arrows at a time before the red particles completely disappear and smaller ones begin to appear.

Cian opens his eyes, seeing 4 fire arrows beside him. He goes and puts his palm in the air, releasing all of the fire arrows at the wall in the same location.

He continues to mediate, seeing the red particles rebuild themselves somewhat, and he goes over to the green ones this time, trying to manipulate them. Which he succeeded, but it hurt him like hell as the green element sent him flying towards the wall, hitting his head off it.

Cian gave the interface a thumbs-up.

"Yeah, I could tell, thank you very much," Cian says as he gets up, holding his head, which begins to heal, which confused him cause he did not activate speedy regeneration.

*So, The Lobby has a healing function,* Cian thought to himself, before sitting down again.

"Nice," Cian said to himself as he cheered.

Cian then went on to think of different things he could do with wind magic, using the parallel operator subskill to also think of things with fire magic and swords.

Cian lets his mind run, as he gets up and pulls his sword out, doing the same thing as earlier, but this time keeping the sword in his hand as a base for the flame to converse to. He unsheathed the sword, which seemed to have a flaming blade.

Cian deactivates Elementalist, which makes the flaming blade become a normal blade.

He then activated Mana Sword, which coats the sword in a blue energy.

Information began rushing into his head on how to wield a sword.

Cian clicks on "yes," as a portal opens in front of him, and he walks through it, but whenever he arrives, he is in a white room, kind of like the lobby, but it is different, in a way.

Cian's eyes widen as three other portals appear, each letting out a different person, one of them was a man with black hair and blue eyes with a trench coat on. 

One was a man who seemed to be dressed as a mage.

Another one was a kid younger than him, with a basic shirt on with some basic pants.

"Hello, who are you guys?" the kid with a basic shirt on asked, but was instantly killed by the guy dressed in a mage costume.

Cian stood their shock as some of the kids' blood flew onto his face, the man dressed as a mage began cackling. 

"That was just a kid," Cian says as his hands begin shaking, and his heart begins hurting, and his mind begins to race.

That was just a kid. Cian's entire body seemingly began to hurt, like it was holding something back.

Cian's eyes began to get heavy, and he passed out.

3 hours later, Cian began to open his eyes once again. Whenever he opened his eyes, he dropped whatever was in his hand.

He begins to look around, wondering why he is still alive, but he looks down and sees the bodies of the one who killed the kid and the other below him with holes in their chest, with the smell of smoke.

He looks down at his shaking hands again, but this time they are shaking in fear and disgust, because he had killed people. Monster where a different story, but people and he couldn't even remember.

*What, but. Unless this was the third trial, it was me or them, I would have had to kill a kid,* Cian thought to himself as tears began to fall down his face. As a portal opened, Cian walked through it without thinking, as the interface kept bringing screens up, but Cian just ignored them.

Cian just sits there with a dead look in his eyes, until the parallel operator subskill puts the thought process behind him and onto something else.

Cian could still feel the sadness, but now it was like a distant emotion, just sitting there while he thought of looking at the rewards.

He wasn't proud of what he did, but he needed to survive.

*I'm sure that's why the parallel operator subskill, did it cause if I focused all my time on thinking about the dead, then I'll end up dead too, and I won't let that happen* Cian thought to himself as he went through the rewards.

Cian clicks the 3 equipment this time, and he has a decent amount of skills for now.
