Epilog

One thing that made Staylie and Karel even happier was the arrival of their little angel—a baby boy.

Yes, Lana, her sister, turned out to be right! Staylie was three weeks pregnant back then. And now—nine months had passed.

Staylie's pregnancy was filled with drama, not to mention the lack of proper nutrition intake—forcing Karel to be extra attentive to his wife. He often gave her all kinds of advice for the sake of the baby's health and safety.

Staylie was also cared for by the elder women in the family—her adoptive mother Anindya and her mother-in-law Estell. They diligently monitored her meal times and accompanied her to her obstetrician appointments whenever Karel couldn’t be there.

“Oh, Opa and Oma’s little grandson, you’re so handsome—what’s your name?” Endru and Estell were overjoyed teasing their first grandchild when their daughter-in-law was finally discharged from the hospital.

Staylie and Karel’s son was named: Kaliel Mahadaru Arisatya.
