Chapter 38: Sudden Visit(2)

Lia was surprised to see all eyes on her.She felt uncomfortable.She tightened her jaw tightened and clenched her first to calm down.She let relaxed her body and finally stood up to meet her parents eyes.

She saw her father hold her mother's hand to calm himself.She began to walk towards her parents.As she walked, her parents's eyes slowly became teary and looked at her in longing.The king wiped his teary eyes.When Lia finally came in front of her parents, she doesn't know what to say.

Edward slowly lifted his trembling hands but before he could touch his daughter's face his wife suddenly hugged Lia and weakly clung to Xue.

Lia was stunned.

When Edward heard his wife in painful cries, his tears began to fall.He immediately covered his eyes and looked away.

Li's heart trembled.She felt her mother's arms around her neck weakened.She tried to catch her mother.Her mother's body was heavy and was clutching her long sleeve uniform tightly.Her mother was sobbing weakly with her trembling voice.She was crying in sorrow and pain.

Seraphina cried.She missed her daughter.Her years of agonizing worry about her child's safety and painful thoughts that her child might already be dead hunted her.Years of searching, nights of fear still lingers in her heart.She couldn't believe Xue is finally in front of her.She remembered the last time she saw daughter in a beautiful blue gown back at the cruise ship.She couldn't believe Xue is really back in her arms.She grew up.She grew up without them.

Everyone in the class felt the sorrows of the king and queen.They were also happy to see the king and queen finally meet their long lost daughter.

Lia couldn't help but to also cry seeing her mother's sorrowful cries while still clinging on her body weakly.It must have been painful for her mother.She remembered her life without parents while growing up, she also faced hardships under the Williamson family.It was only Aunt Selene and her family who took a great care of her.Seeing her biological parents now, her heart feels warm.She now have biological parents who can take care of her.The biological parents she's been longing to meet unexpectedly likes her and even cried in front of her.She chuckled felt happy.

Edward assisted his wife to stand back up when he saw Lia's body struggling to hold his wife.

"Come on.Stop clinging onto our daughter.Her body hardly support you."

Seraphina chuckled and nodded.She slightly felt embarrassed at how she acted in public.

Lia looked at her father and he also looked at her.

Edward hugged Lia and patted her back gently.It was a warm hug.A hug filled with meaning, longing and happiness.Lia felt emotional.

When her father let her go he patted her head four times gently.

Xavier, Naftali and Ethan finally arrived and the guards greeted them.

"Your Highness, Young Master Xavier.", the guards outside greeted the two.

"They are inside.Please, go in.", a guard said.

The three entered the room at the side.

"I heard from your brother, your life's in danger so we in rushed here.I heard you have a sister named Eloise Williamson and she's a classmate of hers.Can you call her?I wanted to thank her for taking care of you."

Lia's body went stiff.Ethan was stunned.The class body went stiff and held their breath before they looked at Eloise who was extremely stunned.

The king didn't notice the tension around the class and just smile.However, the queen noticed her daughter's stunned expression and the class behavior.She frowned.She knew something was wrong based on everyone's behavior.Her eyes went cold.

Eloise nervously stood up and walked slowly.Everyone's eyes followed her.

When she arrived, the king smiled.Everyone was surprised that the King's smile seemed genuine.

"I wanted to thank you for taking care of my daughter."

"W-W-What..", Eloise murmured in surprised and in disbelief.Her face was extremely pale.She couldn't believe the King is smiling in front of her as if he doesn't know anything.Her heart was pounding so hard in nervous.She bit the insides of her lower lip and looked down.

'Does he really not know?I tried to assassinate Lia.I tried to kill your daughter.Two times.I don't deserve such a thank you.I deserve to die.Why is he thanking me?'

The king's eyes looked at the students in sharp for a second.He noticed.He had long noticed the abnormalities.He was just like his sharp wife.

He closed his eyes to hide his sharp cold gaze and opened his eyes.The cold sharp gaze was nowhere to be found and looked at the class.The king then noticed Xavier at the side.His eyes brightened.

"Xavier come here.", he called Xavier in fondness.

The class was shocked when the king called Xavier.Xavier obediently went towards the king and the eyes of everyone followed Xavier.

Eloise went to the side.Her face is still pale.

Naftali felt displeasure.His father didn't call him at all.All he saw was Xavier.He went towards her mother and her mother took two steps away from her husband.She gestured Naftali to stand at the space.She also gently took Lia's hand as if her hands are fragile and let her stand up beside her and Naftali.

"I wanted to thank you for protecting my daughter.Sending you to protect my daughter is really worth it.You not only helped us find her but also protected her."

Xavier bowed down.

"It's my duty, Your Highness.", he answered respectfully.

"No.No.What are you doing?Stop being respectful.You're arranged marriage to my daughter.You'll soon be joining our family."

Eloise was stunned and looked at Xavier in disbelief.The class were stunned except for Sheena.

Eloise remembered Ethan's words back at the bar club she was working at before.

"I also have information you'll be satisfied.Xavier is actually arranged marriage to the lost princess of Country N."

Xavier was arranged marriage to the royal princess of the Country N and that is unexpectedly Lia.Ethan was against the relationship of the two but the princess was actually Lia in the end.

"How is it?Is the relationship moving?", the king excitedly asked.

Xavier looked at the uncomfortable Xue.Her face was red while staring at the window.

"Can we talk about this in private, Your Highness?I don't think Xue's comfortable.", Xavier asked Edward awkwardly.

Edward looked at his daughter who was persistentlt looking at the window as if she didn't hear anything.It was quite cute.

Edward chuckled.

"Right.", he agreed and looked at the class and then looked at the headmaster.

"Can I invite them for a meal? When does the class end?"

The class gasped and felt excited.

"Actually you can take the students with you, Your Majesty.You can take them now.It's really fine.", the professor said with a smile.

Edward smiled.

"I'll treat you all for a meal including you professor and the headmaster."

The headmaster and the professor's eyes brightened.The whole class got out of the class.

While walking outside their department building, the class looked at the backs of royalties.They looked at Xavier having conversations with the king and queen.They were still in surprise to see the relationship of Xavier with the king and queen.

"The arranged marriage man to Lia was not ugly at all.Could it be he's also the arranged marriage man that Eloise said?", a classmate gasped.The class looked at Eloise was was stunned.

"Eloise?Did you know Xavier was to one being arranged marriage all this time?", a girl who used to sit near Eloise asked the Eloise.They saw her pale face of Eloise deadly white while looking at the royalties up ahead.

Eloise didn't answer.Her heart is trembling.She doesn't know anything at all.She was confused.She remembered how that man Alaric took Lia to move her into Alaric's family.But all this time, she knew Lia lived inside a penthouse with Xavier and Naftali who claimed to be Lia's biological brother.She realized Lia's arranged marriage man who she used to call ugly was Xavier all this time.It was funny because she liked Xavier.She even sent him a love letter.She sent a letter to the man who she called ugly old man.

She also bullied Lia and she tried to kill her when Lia was the Lost Princess all this time.

Like the whole class looked at Eloise's pale face and realized she doesn't know anything.They felt amused in their heart and began to whisper with the others.

"Didn't she use to bully Lia?She also called Xavier an ugly old man.Pfft.", a girl whispered.

"The Williamson family bullied Lia.Sarah Williamson physically abused Lia.Didn't she question Lia's background back when we all played truth or dare.I bet Sarah was imprisoned for lifetime because of Lia's background.Because she was a royal princess all this time.", another girl whispered.

Lia clenched her fist.She can hear their low whispers.They were clearly mocking her and her family.Her face went ugly but deadly pale again at the mention Lia's a royal princess.

"Right!She posted a scandalous rumor of Lia being in a relationship with Bill while in a relationship with Xavier a few days ago.I bet it's fake and she's regretting it now.", a girl whispered to another girl but it was heard by Eloise.

"What fake when it was indeed fake just like her fake attitude!", a girl whispered back.

The other girls scolded the four girls because Eloise can clearly hear it.The two girls felt guilty and intentionally slowed down their pace so they could talk about Lia.The others joined them.

"Sarah physically abused Lia and even tried to kill Lia.Sarah deserves to be in prison for a lifetime.Killing a royalty is a serious crime!"

The girls agreed.

"Wait wait! You're missing something at all! Didn't you remember her reaction at the classroom when she was called by the king.She was trembling and pale that time!She was stuttering and it was quite funny!", a girl laughed.

The girls laughed.

"I know right!She even said 'W-W-What?'", a girl said and tried to imitate Eloise's voice.

The girls laughed again.

"She's probably scared by how pale her face is.", a girl spoke in amusement.

Eloise can hear the laugh of other girls at the back.She couldn't hear their voices but she knew they're talking about her and are laughing at her.She also noticed the other class are getting away from her.Her lips quivered in anger while her face is so pale.She badly wish she could get away from this place and hide.
