Senile Old Man

Damon looked at the sleeping beauty with wear eyes as his head rested back onto the pillow, last night was truly exquisite.

He had been completely sucked dry by the Unaging Demoness, his body hurt everywhere and his dick too.

Seems like going multiple rounds with a Saint as a Sequence 9 Beyonder wasn't easy at all. But he wouldn't complain, he had fun.

Maybe in the future, even he would be like her, well as long as he reached the level of an Angel his world view would completely be warped.

Would he be able to bear it?

That was the question that lingered in his mind, it left a cold feeling in his body as he cuddled up with Katarina.

Reincarnation? Transmigration? Regression?

Nothing mattered, people desired what they don't have but they only see the positives because they think their lives will improve if they achieve that.

But that was completely and utterly false.

He didn't want to transmigrate, he would be happier as a homeless man than be stuck in this damned world.

The only way he could enjoy being here was if he had the power to do whatever he wanted.

Maybe that should be his objective.

Maybe instead of thinking of enjoying when he reached Godhood, he should think about enjoying the little things in life.

The small interactions, the smiles, that should be his focus instead.

'Damn I just spat straight up facts, Shakespeare is probably turning in his grave. Is this what people call post nut clarity?'

Damon wondered as a hand ran up his bare chest.

"You seem full of energy, usually you'd sleep until noon after our nights of passion. This is quite unusual, don't you think?" Her gentle voice resounded in the room.

Damon looked at her innocent face before moving his head with traces of fear, it literally felt like his body was stone.

He closed his eyes and tilted his head up before opening them with a bit of acceptance, 'Yeah I'm dead, she knows, she definitely fucking knows! I am what people call grilled chicken.

'At this point should I use my SSR bullshiting skills and reveal a few truths because I'm pretty sure I'm gonna die in an hour.'

Damon instinctively shivered as his body started sweating slightly, "You seem tense." She whispered in his ears which caused Damon to flinch as she licked Damon's body.

"Hey I've got an idea about those ingredients you bought. Why don't we get a pet and feed it the potion?" Damon asked her with an awkward chuckle.

Katarina ran her hands through his body, "Hmm, most animals die after consuming a potion, only some live."

"Well it's better than throwing out the ingredients you bought with your hard earned money, so why don't we take a shot?"

Damon's words made her pause for a moment as she considered his words, her fingers touched his chin before she pushed it upwards where it met her blue eyes.

Her lips parted into a smile, "Alright."

She whispered cheerfully as Damon let out a sigh, "Alright then let's freshen up."

Just before Damon twisted the knob of the restroom, a gentle voice echoed behind him, "I'll join you."

Hearing her words, Damon gulped nervously as they entered the bath together.

"..."

Damon walked through the streets of Trier with his arms wrapped around Katarina. Her smile brightened up the atmosphere as the crowd seemed mesmerized by her appearance.

Katarina wore the same pearl white dress as before but this time she wore a white long brimmed hat. Her lips were covered with a blood red lipstick and slight blush on her face, giving her a radiant look.

She had a healthy complexion and wore a pair of pure white gloves which reached to her arm, paired with that was her signature sapphire pendant.

Damon wore nothing special, a dark tailored suit with a crisp white shirt and a simple tie, topped with a bowler hat which made his shaggy hair stand out.

They walked together for a few blocks before arriving in front of Oliver's Shop for Pets.

Without hesitation they entered through the archaic wooden door, which made a soft and pleasant tone as the chime above the door rang enjoyably.

The store was filled with different cages which enclosed a variety of animals, Damon looked around the store with narrowed eyes.

"Is anybody here?" He asked with a raised voice which caused a grey haired man to peek up from the counter.

"Ah! I didn't expect visitors today. No matter, this old grandpa shall provide a sound companion for you."

He voiced jovially which caused Damon to stare at him awkwardly, 'He gives me the vibes of one of those npc's from the trash rpg games I was playing before.'

Damon disregarded his thoughts and looked around the senile old man's shop, "Do you have a cat?" He asked curiously, his gaze intensified at the old man.

"Oh yes we do! Right this way." He gestured to them to follow him as they made their way to the back of the store.

Within seconds they arrived in front of a staircase that stretched for what felt like forever until they arrived in a slightly raised pen.

Inside the pen roamed numerous cats, each varying in color and size. Damon's eyes wandered to many cats, but none caught his fancy.

"What do you like?" Damon asked the beauty standing next to him who just shook her head, "I don't mind, you can pick whichever one you like."

She stated simply which stumped Damon who decided to check all the cats one by one to make his or well her money worth. Gender equality and all.

After a few hours of searching, Damon picked a snow white cat, it had blue eyes and its coat was soft and neat.

Katarina seemed to like her too as she seemed to be infatuated by her all throughout the time Damon was paying for it with her money, the entire purchase was about 1 Verl d'ors

God he loved Gender Equality.

The morning sun faded into obscurity as Damon and Katarina decided it was time to get some late lunch.

The food wasn't particularly outstanding, it was simple but refreshing.

"..."

The walk home was slightly awkward as the two of them remained silent the entire distance, Damon tried some small talk but slowly stopped after receiving one word answers.

The room to their inn opened with a creak as Damon stepped in first, he threw his tie to the bed and stretched his body with a yawn.

"Today was a monotonous day, wasn't it?" He asked Katarina who remained silent.

After a few moments her soft voice resounded in the room, but this time, it held a certain amount of coldness.

"Who are you?"

Damon, whose eyes were weary, was quickly energized upon hearing her words, his head snapped back toward her as a frightened expression appeared on his face.

A/N - I didn't expect you guys would actually donate 20 powerstones, I'm kinda happy. But the promised R-18 chapter will only be uploaded after a while. I can't upload another R-18 chapter within 3 chapters of the previous one because it'll be very odd and will also be quite shit. So it'll take some time, but I will deliver on my promise.

The next thing I want to address is Katarina asking Damon who he is, this is actually quite reasonable because she has lived for close to 2000 years. She'll definitely understand something is wrong when a person's behaviours don't match up and they start acting differently. So it's reasonable development, don't hate on me.

Anyways this chapter was kinda mid and just a filler chapter, but I still hoped you liked it. I think I'm missing something else I wanted to tell you guys but I can't quite put my finger on it so I'll edit this chapter when I remember.

Oh wait, I remembered it now, Miss Raven has been carrying the LOTM fics for a long while, they're the goat. The sea of LOTM fics is not trash solely because of her, so appreciate her. But since I'm here, it's my time to carry LOTM fics now.

Thanks for all the support until now, let's try and reach 60 or 70 powerstones.
