Dominic was a man who had fought for his nation while many nobles lived what they called a civilized life. He had fought against other races for them but he was not given ample rewards as they expected him, the heir to a dukedom, to just do it. The people called him a tyrant and a villain, while worshipping the gods and their messengers who spoke of universal peace who enjoyed peace due to his actions. he lived by it as his pride did not allow him to reason with them. But the day when the Royal family broke their oath, the day when nobles did not speak for him, the day when his parents did not support him, the day when the people spoke against him, he simply left. Having found a new power strong enough to destroy the nation, he does not want them to have simple death but the highest form of revenge he could think off. He shall work to fulfil his true goals of life before resting, before enjoying the life.

Mila had never had a proper sleep in her life. Ever since she came into being, she had to work hard in mines to earn a little bit of money. It was hard for her to have any value in this society as dwarves value refining more than anything. There were some who used brute strength to mine and some who refined the ores. But the most valued were the forgers who could forge magic items and artifacts.

But one day she found a beetle that was different when she on the surface. Her being corrupted had made her scared but she had found that she had not changed. She just had another master. She found that her precision control had increased a lot which was the threshold for someone to become a refiner or a forger, latter needing higher precision.

So she took the refiners exam and with her higher precision of control, refined new materials by adding the mystery of killing into the ores. She kept climbing the ladder as now she could learn more techniques.

Lorenzo was enjoying the patrol when he was corrupted. He found new strength as his life attribute was strengthened further by the killing intent. He understood the situation and planned to find the tree of life to corrupt it. But before that he had to corrupt many other elves as his energy level was not enough to corrupt the tree of life. He smiled as now he could overthrow the silver elves and golden elves. He was stronger now in his own manner and his new fellow brothers would also be strong.

He did not care for the fact that he would have to destroy the very race he prided in as his master mattered more than anything.

Juan never cared about what others thought about him. He was just yet another noble in the academy and the fact that his family had been downgraded for 4 generations did not help him in any manner. So when he had the chance, he chose to join the school of Archimedes than any magical school.

But now that had changed as ever since he had a master and had mastered the killing intent, he had become strong. He planned to join the mage army to make more merits. After all, the real war of humanity was left to mages. Knights just needed to ensure that the leftover monsters were dead.

He planned to fulfill the needs of his master.
