CHAPTER 25

Dominic was riding on his horse. He had never liked carriages preferring to ride the horse. His horse ran really fast, stepping on ground, clouds and water, moving on a straight line.

It did not take much time before he reached the location. He saw the open land with a lot of buildings. The energy barrier was protecting the buildings. He rode towards the barrier and simply entered it as such low level barrier could not hold him back.

He who had 40 aura rings was strong enough to destroy through the space layers. He could even see through different planes. But the fact remained that he could not find the planar controlled if they ever existed. So the dragons should be easy to kill.

Dominic got down form the horse and looked at the mages who were circling around him in the air with their spells ready. He smiled seeing the quality of the mages to be high. Only 1-star mages could fly and only 2-star mages could fly and fight.

He took the letter and threw it to the air and filled it with energy. The letter shined and the words spread in the sky and the voice spread out announcing the decree:

Lord Dominic Slayer White is made the commander of the22nd frontal division with absolute dictatorial rights.

Dominic took back the letter and put it into his private space. The people had come down. They saluted him as they were all sub-nobles. He nodded to them.

He looked at each one of them. He asked the most confident one who was not shaking, "Tell me the situation of the war. What are the rules of the conduct this time? I hope that they do not call upon the Geneva Convention rules. I prefer old school type war."

Robert stood and so did others. He said, "The dragons have taken upon a no kill policy for the lords. As for monsters, no convention has been activated. We will have to conquer their abodes."

Dominic got down from his horse. He hated it. Dragons were hard to kill. He asked, "So I only need to kill the monsters and then the dragons."

He kept searching through the planes for the direction of the dragons before he felt a huge terror. He looked at the person. A planar controller had seen him. He got angry. How could someone with rule fragments exist. It would take someone to have level-10000 intent before they can create rule out of nothing. This world was far more dangerous. At least the intent slaves would follow the contingency policy to live in hiding before climbing up. He was sure that the planar controllers only had rules specific to this world. He did not understand this level of mystery but his slaves and their descendants will take care of it. He used his last bit of energy and destroyed Lunabria and kept destroying as many races as he could. When the attack came he felt he was attacked but he could not sense what kind of attack it was. He should have hidden and lived a safe life. He should have not cared about the social rules and refined that woman he had met to get the chaos attribute. He sighed in pure calmness as he knew that his death was just because he was not good enough. But at the least, he will not have to live a harsh life of self-torment and suppression of what he desired. He decided that since he could not protect himself, he shall stay steadfast on his path. He used intent to refine certain parts of genes of the humans so that they will have part of the killing intent without being enslaved. Let humanity take care of its battle in the future.

He sighed as he was about to die as even though he had kept killing, his intent level could not reach level 60 which would allow him to have unlimited rebirths. It was sad for him that his current intent strength was just 44. It kept increasing before he died.

Dominic Slayer White died taking with him most of the intelligent races in history. No one knew why but he had refined a big piece of pillar speaking of his powers and actions including those of his intent slaves. His body was destroyed by himself and his body was destroyed far beyond atoms and energy returning to basic quanta. The world would never have any more character as valiant and different as him as no one knew what to speak about him.

But he was known by the name they dare not speak aloud when he lived, Dominic the Madman.
