I open my eyes and see myself on a grassy field.

It's been a while and I have been doing the thing called "lucid dreaming". why? Because I found it interesting.

" now what should I do in this dream?"

I turn around and snap my fingers and a city appears.

"Let's have fun"

I walk towards the city. And go to various places. From theme parks to cinemas and more others.

my eyes flutter open And I see juliana, Alice's mother

"A-auntie?"

"I didn't know you guys are so comfortable with each other"

I ignore the system panel that appeared suddenly in front of me and replay in a hurry.

I look on the sleeping Alice resting her head on my shoulder.

"Th-this is nothing of what you think!" I push Alice away

"H-huh?" Alice open her eyes and wakes up rubbing her eyes.

"What hour is it?"

"It's 3:00 pm"George, Alice's father replies

He looks at me in suspension.

"you grew up, Aziruth, I still remember the little boy that came to play"

"Yeah, it was good days"

"Enough chit chat now I will go prepare dinner" Juliana says then hurries to the kitchen.

"Come sit here, son" George says as he sits at the table.

'Son?' I think confused

'He didn't deny it!' Alice thinks and goes to her fantasy world.

I go sit on the table and Alice follows sitting beside me.

I ignore the glaces she takes at me every now and then and look at George.

"So how was the factory going, old man?"

"Like usual the sales is stable not too high or too low"

The "family factory" is George's life long dream since he was little he used to tell me about his prime years and how he built it from scratch until I slip to sleep from boredom. His factory sells low rank weapons and armor so he is rich but compared to the Titans in the xuan city he is just an ant but to me he is a doting father and a family man.

"What about you, Aziruth?"

"Good, I am getting ready for the Exams"

"I am sure you will get a good grade and go to good academy, you better take care of my daughter, wink"

Alice's face turns bright red.

"F-father! Stop joking about these things!"

"You are still as ever"

"Ha ha you know me young man"

"Food is ready!" Juliana shouts from the kitchen and soon the food is served.

For the rest of the day we eat and joke before watching TV and playing chess.

"Good bye, boy, come visit soon" Juliana waves at me at the door and goes back inside closing the door behind her.

"Sigh, that was great time"

The smile on my face fades.

"I hope I could feel it and not just fake emotions..."

I turn and go back to my home walking and thinking.

Is what I am doing wrong...? Faking emotions... But I want to be normal... Well it can't be helped someone that experienced death must not be normal. I can't feel that bad anyway.

I arrive at my apartment after some time and open the door and drop onto the bed then look at the clock.

Ability users divide into two categories.

I was disappointed. Although I expected something like this because it will be just too over powered to be able to do anything and acquire abilities but it's still.. Disappointing... Well whatever.

I focus on my body and feel the mana inside me.

Mages or mana users mana usually create mana cores when they awaken so they can make it bigger and upgrade it's quality to get stronger but that's not all of it.

Mana cores are what regenerates mana inside the body. No mana cores means mana can't regenerate which means your power is useless.

I start gathering the mana inside me into one point in my heart.
