Raion inadvertently traveled to the world of One Piece, and by sheer accident, he obtained Naruto’s system.

The ship’s captain was none other than the infamous “Joker” Bucky, a pirate with the powers of the Chop-Chop Fruit and a bounty of six million berries. While Bucky was considered minor compared to the true legends of the East Blue, life under his command was anything but easy for someone like Raion.
