He was never supposed to wake up.



When a ██teen-year-old Pon regains consciousness in the wreckage of a city alley, nothing is familiar—not his body, not his voice, not the haunting brand etched into his thigh: N4O-CHI. Once a normal boy with a home, a family, and a future, Pon now inhabits a soft, synthetic frame built for pleasure, designed for obedience, and tagged as corporate property.



As fragments of his past flicker through the static, Pon begins to realize he wasn’t rescued, he was repurposed. And inside his mind, something else stirs, a glitchy, childlike voice calling itself N3O-CHI, the fragmented consciousness of a failed prototype that won’t stop whispering, mocking, and guiding him in equal measure.



Hunted by agents of the same blacksite project that erased his identity, Pon finds refuge in a ragtag crew of rebels and survivors. But safety is temporary. Secrets fester. And the more Pon resists the programming built into his bones, the more the line between memory, machine, and madness begins to fracture, and the bridges of loyalty begin to burn.
