World

After standing up, he looks around to have a look on his surroundings. It was completely barren free of vegetation shadowed in dark red light which only made silhouettes of rocks and cliffs visible in a scattered red fog. He couldn't clearly make out what was in front of him. He sits down on the barren land filled with putrid black viscous liquid remembering exactly what happened. He muttered to himself in a low voice

"What is this place? Did the lab just explode and I was the only and sole survivor. No! It doesn't look like the case here. There was a portal too possibly a wormhole formed by accelerating normal matter up to speed of light. It can be a case but the possibility is that it can throw anyone anywhere in any random time and space."

He picks up his staff and ask it to scan for any radio or satellite signals. A male robotic voice echoes in the deep dark barren land

'No radio or satellite signals found. Service is also unavailable. Infrared scan is complete from a small drone. The following land does not match with Earth's structural composition.'

At this Ells thinks to himself

Maybe I am really trapped on another planet

He puts his staff away takes out his mobile phone for checking on time. He is shocked to find that the time on his phone was 1342 years into the future.

Wait! This is so wrong. It clearly happened a few hours ago. And also my phone cannot malfunction because it is connected to my staff and can run without charging for eons. Plus it has a quantum clock that can even bear the weight of time dilation. How much time did I exactly spend in the wormhole wait portal?

He suddenly experiences a sharp pain in his head but this time he doesn't hear any voice but he regains his memory of what happened in the portal when he was sucked in. He remembers that inside the portal there were thousands of illusory hands grabbing on his flesh tearing it apart and in its place new flesh constantly grew and 1 line constantly echoed in a language no one ever spoke before but its meaning was conveyed directly to the brain. It says

"Celestial Blessed with Reality and Unseen"

Ells screams from the intense pain and horror the memories brought with them and he faints on the spot.

After a few minutes he regains his consciousness and wakes up to find himself again lying on that same land filled with putrid black liquid. From the distance he hears a voice of an animal more fierce than a tiger or anything that could be heard on Earth. It's one roar was enough to make a person go deaf for 5 minutes and experience sharp pain. Ells is scared that he picks up his staff and starts running to the opposite direction from which the roar came. He runs at his full speed only to stop near yet again a barren land filled with broken houses that looked like they were made from wood but it was not wood but wood like material, with dead bodies lying everywhere that were so mutilated that you couldn't make out if they are alive or not. On closer inspection he is shocked to find that they were not humans. He mutters to himself

"They are not HUMANS! An alien specie? Did I really find the proof that we are not alone in the universe. This is definitely not OK! This planet is nearly dead and so all its inhabitants. Something is massively wrong."

He takes a blood drop of the creature with him and stores it in his staff and starts walking again in the straight direction to see where it leads him. He doesn't run anymore because he believes that he has already escaped the wild beast. After walking in a distance he comes near a cliff and finds out that the village he is in right now was situated on a mountain range. On nearing the cliff, he looks below to see if he can make out from the dense fog and see if there are people still living down there. He sees in a distance through the dense dark red fog a bright white shining light. He takes it as a sign of intelligent life. He immediately takes out his staff and uses it to gather a lot of thunderclouds in the area. After waiting 10 minutes when all the clouds are gathered together, he swings his staff in the sky and a huge bolt of lighting strikes on his staff which allows him to fly through the clouds using his staff. Since his staff was made from the chunks of celestial objects, it had different abilities. His staff was able to control lightning and weather, fire and rain.

After landing not much far away from the bright light, he again looks up to the area from where the bright light was leaking. The fog was very dense so he couldn't make out much from it. After walking nearly for 10 more minutes he reaches a bubble that was both illusory and real and from the outside it leaked bright white light that was not blinding but enough to make out in the dense fog. What ever was there inside the bubble was unknown.

"Huh! I thought it is a city or something or maybe a house. Whatever is in there, I cannot make it out. Even the staff cannot pick up any infrared light to see what's inside. Should I really break into it?"

He puts his staff down and recedes 10 meters back. He runs at his full speed to break into the illusory bubble but he couldn't and painfully breaks his nose. He is thrown back 5 meters away from the wall due to the reverse force from the bubble. When he opens his eyes and was thinking of a solution, his eyes fall on his staff which was half inside the bubble and half outside.

"Maybe only those objects that have the celestial objects imbued with them can enter!"

An idea comes in his mind and he picks up the staff and nears it to his chest and enters the bubble with the staff. He easily entered the bubble.

"Phew! That was easy"

Before he could say anything else, he sees that there was no longer any fog in front of him. The area was clear with a sky densely filled with stars that shined the land. It looked like he entered an entirely different world after passing through the bubble. He takes up his staff and continues his journey.
