Just finished Chapter One of VOLT AND DUST and I’m honestly blown away. The writing is sharp, gritty, and immersive Dren Mako is one of the most compelling characters I’ve read in a while. There’s a quiet intensity to him that pulls you in, and by the time he reaches that sealed chamber… I was holding my breath. The atmosphere, the buildup, the lightning-bond moment all of it hits so hard.
I’ve also been reading the author’s other book (you know the one with Torian and Skarn) and the quality there is just as high. What’s wild is how different the two stories are, but they still feel like they belong to the same universe. One is mythic and cosmic, the other grounded and surgical and I can’t get enough of either.
I’ll be following both series for every update. These are the kinds of stories that stay with you.
