Chapter 15: Drive me crazy

Ryan and Aisha's relationship continued to flourish. One of the sweet experiences they shared was when Ryan decided to take Aisha to an empty parking lot to teach her how to drive a car.

Aisha had always been nervous about driving, but Ryan was patient and encouraging. He sat beside her in the driver's seat, guiding her through the basics of starting the car, accelerating, and braking. Aisha was a quick learner, and Ryan was proud of her progress.

As they spent hours in the parking lot, Ryan couldn't help but laugh at Aisha's initial struggles. She would stall the car or forget to check her mirrors, but Ryan was always there to offer words of encouragement. Slowly but surely, Aisha began to get the hang of it, and Ryan was thrilled to see her confidence grow behind the wheel.

Their driving lessons became a special bonding experience for the couple, and they would often joke about it afterwards. Ryan would tease Aisha about her initial struggles, and Aisha would laugh and playfully scold him for being a tough instructor.

Despite the occasional frustration, Aisha was determined to master the skill, and Ryan was happy to be her supportive partner. As they continued to practice, Aisha's driving skills improved dramatically, and Ryan was proud of her progress.

Their driving lessons became a cherished memory for the couple, a testament to their love and support for each other. Even after Aisha became a confident driver, Ryan would still joke about being her "driving coach," and Aisha would smile and thank him for his patience and encouragement.

As Ryan sat beside Aisha in the driver's seat, he couldn't help but offer words of encouragement. "You're doing great, just relax and focus on the road," he said, trying to calm her nerves.

Aisha nodded, her eyes fixed on the road ahead. "I'm trying, I'm trying," she replied, her voice laced with frustration.

Ryan chuckled. "I know you are, just remember to check your mirrors," he said, gently guiding her through the process.

Aisha rolled her eyes good-naturedly. "I know, I know, mirrors, signals, maneuver... I've got it," she said, pretending to be exasperated.

Ryan laughed. "Okay, okay, just focus on driving then," he said, grinning at her.

As Aisha navigated the parking lot, Ryan offered commentary on her driving. "Good job, nice and smooth... Whoa, watch out for that cone!" he exclaimed, making Aisha giggle.

"You're not helping," Aisha said, laughing. "You're making me nervous."

Ryan smiled. "I'm just trying to keep you on your toes," he said, placing a reassuring hand on her knee.

Aisha smiled back at him. "I think you're just enjoying this too much," she teased.

Ryan grinned. "Maybe a little," he admitted. "But it's worth it to see you learning and growing."

Aisha's heart melted at his words, and she felt grateful for his support and encouragement. "Thanks, Ryan," she said, smiling at him. "You're the best teacher ever."

Ryan beamed with pride at Aisha's compliment. "I'm just glad I can help," he said, smiling. "And I have to say, you're a natural. Well, mostly natural," he added, chuckling.

Aisha playfully hit him on the arm. "Hey, watch it," she said, laughing. "I'm doing my best here."

Ryan held up his hands in mock defense. "I'm just kidding, you're doing great. I mean, you're not stalling the car as much as you used to," he said, grinning.

Aisha laughed. "Thanks, I think," she said, rolling her eyes.

As they continued to practice, Ryan started to get a bit silly, making funny comments and jokes to lighten the mood. "Okay, now try not to crash into that cone... oh wait, too late," he said, pretending to be serious.

Aisha giggled. "You're not helping, Ryan," she said, shaking her head.

Despite the occasional joke, Ryan was a patient and supportive teacher, and Aisha appreciated his guidance and encouragement. As the driving lesson came to an end, Aisha felt more confident behind the wheel, and Ryan was proud of her progress.

"You're a quick learner," Ryan said, smiling at her. "I think you're going to pass your test with flying colors."

Aisha smiled back at him, feeling grateful for his support. "Thanks to you," she said, leaning over to kiss him. "You're the best".

Ryan's face lit up with a smile as Aisha kissed him. "Anytime, baby," he said, wrapping his arms around her. "I'm always here to support you."

As they hugged, Aisha felt a sense of gratitude towards Ryan. She knew that she couldn't have asked for a better partner, one who was patient, supportive, and encouraging.

"I'm serious, though," Ryan said, pulling back to look at her. "You're really good behind the wheel. I think you're ready to take the test."

Aisha's eyes widened with excitement. "Really?" she asked, her voice filled with hope.

Ryan nodded. "Yeah, I think so. You've been practicing hard and you're getting more confident every time we go out."

Aisha beamed with pride. "Thanks, Ryan. You've been a huge help. I don't know what I would do without you."

Ryan smiled back at her. "You'll never have to find out," he said, pulling her close again. "I'll always be here for you, no matter what."

As they sat there, Aisha couldn't help but think about how much she had grown and learned with Ryan's help. She remembered the first time she got behind the wheel, and how nervous she was. But with Ryan's patient guidance, she had come a long way.

Ryan seemed to sense her thoughts, and he smiled at her. "You've come a long way, baby," he said, echoing her thoughts. "I'm so proud of you."

Aisha blushed at his praise, feeling happy and proud of herself too. "Thanks to you," she said again, smiling at him.

Ryan chuckled. "You're welcome," he said. "But you deserve all the credit. You're the one who's been practicing hard and putting in the effort."

Aisha nodded, feeling grateful for Ryan's encouragement. She knew that she couldn't have done it without him, but she also knew that she had worked hard to improve her driving skills.

As they sat there, Ryan glanced at his watch. "We should probably get going," he said. "It's getting late."

Aisha nodded, reluctantly letting go of him. "Yeah, okay," she said. "But I'm going to book that driving test soon. I'm ready."

Ryan grinned. "I knew you would be," he said. "I'll come with you for moral support, okay?"

Aisha smiled, feeling grateful for Ryan's support. "Thanks, baby," she said. "I appreciate it."

As they stood up to leave, Aisha felt a sense of excitement and anticipation. She was really looking forward to booking her driving test and finally getting her license. Ryan seemed to sense her excitement, and he smiled at her.

"I'm serious, though," he said. "You're going to pass that test with flying colors. You're a great driver."

Aisha laughed. "Thanks for the vote of confidence," she said, smiling at him.

Ryan chuckled. "I'm just telling the truth," he said. "You've worked hard, and you're ready. You're going to do great."

As they walked out of the parking lot, Aisha felt a sense of gratitude towards Ryan. She knew that she couldn't have done it without him, and she was grateful for his support and encouragement.

When they got home, Aisha pulled out her phone and started searching for driving test dates. Ryan sat down next to her, watching her with a smile.

"Find a date that works for you," he said. "I'll be there to support you, no matter what."

Aisha smiled back at him, feeling grateful for his support. She found a date that worked for her and booked the test, feeling a sense of excitement and anticipation.

"Done!" she said, turning to Ryan with a smile. "I've booked the test. Wish me luck!"

Ryan grinned. "You're going to do great," he said. "You don't need luck. You've got skills."
