Valentine slips into the service elevator just as the main elevator doors open. Two enforcers step out, scanning the area. Valentine presses the button for the basement level.
The doors close. He exhales, leaning against the wall. The device in his pocket feels unnaturally warm.
What is this thing, Mia? And why would Dissonance Tech kill their own security over it?
Initial analysis suggests it's not standard Dissonance Tech. The energy signature... it's temporal in nature. But unlike anything I've recorded.
