If someone must become a monster, shouldn’t it be the one who can’t die?
For twenty years, the apocalypse has taken the shape of a Game.
Every month, millions are summoned. More than half of them never return.
In a world where death is mandatory and mercy is punished, immortality isn’t a blessing—it’s a responsibility.
Adam doesn’t want power. He doesn’t want control. He only wants the killing to stop.

MC is a kind man, forced to survive like a monster.
Hello, poor, struggling, cute author here. I would just like to point out the things to expect from this book: The Good: 1. I will do my unyielding best to be an author deserving to be at the top, even though we are still currently at the bottom. 2. I am your friend. The Bad: 1. Expect me to make grammar mistakes. Even after years, I still mix up my gender pronouns since they don't exist in my language. 2. Pacing will shift from time to time. Mostly fast, but when it is slow, it is slow. 3. I don't write with an ending, so I am as clueless to the story as you are, we are in this journey, literally together. 4. Plot holes - If we fall in them, we fall together. Always together. 5. Damaged MC - Some of you might not like it. Our MC is a survivor of diabolical amounts of child abuse-no, of torture, so do expect some moments of weakness and irrationality. Just hints and pieces. 6. Character first, Abilities second - Although this is a light LitRPG book, I tend to focus more on the characters. Here's what to do before reading this book: 1. Play some music. 2. If you are on the toilet, please wash your butt first. 3. Shut your mind from from the notion of realism. I will try my best to be as realistic as possible, but there's only so much I can do when someone can breathe fire from their nose. 4. Please avoid comparing it from other novels, you might end up not enjoying the book :( Other than that, I hope you enjoy reading :)
I absolutely love this novel. The author’s description of Adam as a “kind, cute, wolverine–honey-badger bunny” feels perfect—he’s fierce and soft in all the right ways, and it’s impossible not to become attached to him. Going in, I honestly expected Adam to end up with Grace. Their dynamic had so much warmth and tension that the ending of the game truly caught me off guard. Unexpected as it was—though part of me saw it coming—I can’t help but feel bad for Grace and Sammy(man she was cute too and didnt deserve that fate)
absolutely amazing, there are so many generic and bad novels on webnovel but this is just amazing, it's realistic and really pulls you in
Thanks For The Book 😎🍄📖🦃🎑 Looking Forward for the Next Chapters 😆🍔📖🍟🍻
Very interesting start with a fairly different MC. You quickly set a interesting premise while leaving enough room for more character growth and world building. I'm excited to see how this goes. glad to see a MC that's actually still going through it mentally and isn't just some prideful, ruthless killing machine who's only quality is being cool.
Damn this book is good. Need more release chapters, so, so many more. Get this to 1000+ please please lol
Book was decent then the author either switched to AI or stopped hiding the AI
Peak. Hopefully you don’t add the weird cuck stuff like you did in almost all of your other novels.
I come, I see, I like, then I go Have a good day, and happy reading, gentlemen and ladies
This book needs a huuuuuuuge batch release, Chapter 47 is… Just… I NEED MORE DAMMIT As someone who lives by keeping his impulses, emotions, and hatred in check for the greater good of the world, so far I fully pledge and support this book. It lets me vent a bit. But yes, I need like 1000+ more chapters pronto
Me likeylikeylikey, can you tell me author, is there romance ? , even little bit ??
This book is absolutely amazing! Well written, great universe and characters.
Very good story!! The immortality aspect doesn't ruin it all, wish there was more to readdddd, keep it coming author. If you like the story as well, please support. so, author feels motivated.
Just from the first 5 chapters this leaning towards definite good read, though will it be a long one? Who knows maybe there is more after becoming a hero? As for the immortal aspect, I believe it’s still a worthy read, with its premise. Because of the author’s writing style being so gritty, it will still feel instense in combat even if he is immortal. They’ve done a good job with showing all characters emotions in events.
A very enjoyable read. A shame there aren't more chapters. Binged it to the current chapter over the course of roughly 3 days. There was only really one point in time I felt events were a bit forced just to advance the plot. Spoiler coming up. There was one event in particular that annoyed me the most due to it being completely illogical. This was in regards to him directly closing the gate right after finding out about how a government worker was working with smugglers to smuggle live monsters and eggs out. He knew that the guild (that treated him quite well) had a huge monetary investment on it. Many people's source of income depended heavily on it. He heard the smugglers were going to be sent to the village he just saved to recoup loses and basically ignores that aspect (they didn't leave by the time he's done, even though it should have been quite time sensitive to retrieve the monster parts). It also seems like it would be a federal crime considering the kind of cost investment he'd be destroying and since it directly involves the government. He then let's himself get captured, completely ignoring the risk of being detained in a way that he can't escape using self mutilation. (This choice at least makes somewhat sense in comparison to the previous point since he was about to be captured anyways. It's just that it happens directly after the previous point.) Best of all, the government official who organized the smuggling at that specific leak seems to have gotten off scot free since he's never mentioned again. If I overlooked something, just let me know. Honestly, just a couple lines of internal dialog would have fixed it. Something along the lines of: "I knew, humans can't be trusted. It's impossible the guild isn't aware of what is going on. You can't just sneak eggs and live monsters out from the leak. I have to stop this."
