'She lost her home, her freedom and the love of her life, but kept his secret hidden for years.'
Dalla Meles, the princess of the Meles family, whom she'd always known. However, a tragic incident- the death of her adopted father- had changed her life forever. Leo, her adopted brother, who was obsessed with her, would do anything, not only to take all their family's fortune but also to take her for himself and away from the man she loved: the rising star Caelan.
A threat to sabotage Caelan's career forced the lovers to stay apart, without Caelan knowing that Dalla was carrying his child.
Sixteen years of believing 'he was not my son'. Caelan stared straight at someone who seemed to be his younger self standing on stage. A young man who got his look and his voice. Someone who could steal his spotlight.
But no secrets will last forever. Will his blood leap and recognize him? Or will he see him as a rival?

This is a work of art, to say the least. the author has done a great job in creating tension between characters, and each chapter builds the anticipation for the next. You'll all love Dalla and relate to her but you'll equally hate Leo. It's definitely a great read.
This story has a very emotional and intriguing premise! I really liked the hidden child and celebrity drama combination, especially the idea of father and son becoming rivals without knowing the truth. Hope to read more chapters soon!😍
I finished reading and man, it is really something. Leo is just... a weirdo, man. But it's so addicting. i started reading thinking :" Okay, a romance between a rich girl and a broke singer" and at the end i was :" WTF?! WHO IS THIS GUY?!" I really like it and Will continue reading.
The novel is pretty good, there is good combination of Romance and yandere in it, I got quite attached to read the Novel just after reading a few chapters. the story is quite engaging. the writing style is also good. keep it up Author!

love reading the character design the depth in the presenting the story and the most love thing is the mystery hidden while reading you don't notice it but once you start thinking about it you know that the story is not simple as it look
Romantic is very fun to read. I really love this story. Great writing. Keep it bro.
So we all hate Leo right? Great start and kept my attention! Author does a great job of setting tension when it’s needed. Keep updating I’m sure this will end up finishing just as good!
Great potential for sure, the plot is very engaging! Keep it up author 😊❤️
Hi there, I just started reading *To the Spotlight and Pain*, and Dalla's story immediately caught my attention because beneath all the glamour, family wealth, and her relationship with Caelan, there's this growing sense that something is seriously wrong. The contrast between Dalla's sparkling life at the charity gala and the uneasy shadow surrounding her brother Leo makes the story feel incredibly cinematic. The scene I'd love to illustrate most is the moment Leo reveals Dalla's adoption papers. Dalla standing in her father's old office, surrounded by broken glass and scattered documents, staring down at the paper that completely changes everything she thought she knew about her family. Leo standing nearby with that controlled, unreadable expression would create such a powerful composition, especially with the emotional contrast between Dalla's shock and Leo's unsettling calm. I'd also love to capture the moment Dalla meets her biological mother for the first time. The older woman standing in the mansion with tears in her eyes and her arms open toward Dalla, while Dalla stands frozen between confusion, disbelief, and the strange feeling of recognizing herself in this woman, feels like such a beautiful emotional scene to bring into manga-style art. What I especially love about the story is how the glamorous setting slowly gives way to secrets, family tension, and unanswered questions. Dalla's relationship with Caelan, Leo's suspicious behavior, her father's sudden death, and the revelation about her real family make it feel like there's always another layer waiting to be uncovered. I do manga style commission art, and stories filled with dramatic character relationships, emotional reveals, wealthy family settings, and psychological mystery are exactly the kind of stories I love bringing to life through illustration.
