Renovia: I Was Powerless Until That Day

One hundred years ago, Japan was struck by an unprecedented catastrophe known as the Blackfall. The sky turned black, a gigantic otherworldly entity descended upon the country, and countless anomalies and monsters appeared, leaving destruction and countless casualties in their wake. In the midst of that disaster, a mysterious girl appeared and saved millions of people, restored the broken reality, and sealed the black entity away.



She disappeared, but the anomalies remained.



A hundred years later, humanity has learned to live alongside them. Those who awaken supernatural powers known as Signa have become the ones who fight the anomalies and monsters threatening people's lives,

while academies and organizations have beenestablished to protect society.



Amahara Akitsugu is not one of them.



He has no Signa, no special power, and no desire to become a hero. After his father abandoned the family, his mother has worked tirelessly to support Akitsugu and his younger sister, doing everything she can to keep their lives together. Akitsugu only wants to help her, protect his family, and someday repay everything his mother has done for them.

But there is one thing he cannot protect them from.



The Anomalies.



A threat that ordinary people cannot fight.



And when an anomaly finally reaches the people closest to him, Akitsugu is forced to face the one thing he has spent his life knowing――when the person he wants to protect most is in danger, what can someone without a Signa possibly do?
