These summoned skeletons were the same level as their users, so March Rain, who was level 47, would summon level 47 skeletons. As the level increased, so would their Health, Attack and Movement Speed.


Additionally, these skeletons had their own skills. 


Prior to level 50, they came with a skill called Swat. This dealt a little more damage to the target than an average auto attack, and also came with a chance of stunning. Although the individual chances of stunning weren't high, with four skeletons combined, a Stun was almost guaranteed.
