In the Province of the Nine Skies, far above the heavens, there exists Nine Galaxies of Astral Rivers made up of countless constellations interwoven together. It has already been three months since the new northern governor took over. During these three months, there wasn't much commotion.

The governor's manor seemed to become even more laid back and lazy. Before this, there were still some people in the northern regions acting cautiously but after these three months, the entire governor's manor was like a plate of loose sand. This new governor seemed to be the same as many of the old ones, ignoring everything, living his life quietly in peace until he was hopefully shifted away by the Lifire Empyrean.

Within the internal manor of the governor's manor, numerous beams of light brimming with emperor might shot out. Many people in the external manor area inclined their heads and stared over. Who was it that was forging emperor-ranked weapons?
