In order to properly manage everything, Lin Yuerou had allowed the captive experts to return with their respective master's squad. She intended to use Flying Cloud City as the starting point from which she would conquer the powers of other planes.

Lin Yuerou placed this matter into the hands of the most stable of shadows, Li Tian. He led a few supreme transcending level experts toward Flying Cloud City to assist in its swift expansion.
