Nie Yan passed through a narrow cave and entered the inside, a massive cave so wide that the ceiling reached fifty or sixty yards high. Hot, bubbling lava covered the ground everywhere, and two towering Molten Rock Monsters appeared in Nie Yan's field of vision. Standing five or six yards tall, the monsters' corpulent bodies were made entirely of lava, and searing drops of the substance fell from them, splatting on the ground with a sizzle.


They resembled miniature versions of a Lava Titan. Creatures of lava were immune to fire magic and had impressively high physical defenses as well. Players usually employed ice magic to attack, achieving much better results. The Molten Rock Monsters' attack type was lava-based, neither magic nor physical, and it carried additional fire damage, which made them particularly troublesome.
